Reviews for Luring the Enchantress
Okay who was watching George and Mione? Is it the George's secret love interest? Or the esteem Professor? Great chapter. I think Snape's first gift was right on the money... Thank you for the wonderful update Sun..
Waiting for more.
Patty
I always thought Severus wouldn't be able to hide everything from the Dark Lord. heehee!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
hehe.. probably gave the bloke an arousal! muaahhaha "Oh, Bella, do you have any plans with Rodolphus this evening?"
Response from notsosaintly (Reviewer)
Unbelievable. I knew you were going to say that. (first part) LOL!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
You know me so well, my dear!
Response from notsosaintly (Reviewer)
Yup. It's a little scary, isn't it?
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Most definitely!!
OH NAY HURRAY UP!!!!!!
Dear Sun,
Thank you for a wonderful chapter. I was actually able to enjoy it. Husband and the kids are taking a nap.
The youngest is going to Grandma's house tonight. By any chance I could send my eldest via broomstick to you???? lol
Have a great weekend. Patty
PS Where was A. D.? Hopefully he didn't see Miss Granger scurring off with the invisibility cloak.. ;)
HURRAY UP NAY YOU'VE HAD THAT CHAPTER TO YOURSELF LONG ENOUGH!!!!
Super!Hermione stories are boring, at least to me. Ones, such as any of yours ~gushes and all that~ are the best!
Long live SS/HG!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Thank you very much! I appreciate the comments. :)
Dear SouthernI have most enjoyed reading your works. I thoroughly agreea and approve of the way you portray Hermione. I can relate quite well to this character because my first love was a many 21 years my senior. Oh, the rows we had! I learned much from him and would not be where I am today without that time in my life. Unfortunately, I he died before we were to be married. His memory lives on in who I am today!Irish
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
I'm very sorry to hear that, Irish, but at least you are still keeping his memory alive. I appreciate the comments you made here. My husband is 17 years older than me (something about those older men, eh? :) ).
That was a very good and very interesting chapter. I'm anxious to see what will happen now that Albus is pushing Severus.

Thanks! Hope you enjoy he next. Dumbledore had better be careful.
I know that this was written awhile ago....but there are so many SS/HG stories to read.........However I am so glad that I found this one.The plot ticked along nicely....and beliveably too.You managed both Severus's and Hermione's characters admirably...given the scenario.Coped well with any deaths amongst the primary characters,as well as the interactions between them and any other secondary characters too. I really enjoyed this as it contained not just romance/adventure/angst...but humour too and most importantly...consistency!Well done SW69!It must have been a labour of love....really enjoyably fabulous!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Thank you very much for your kind words. I appreciate that. It's one of my favorites that I've written. I worked hard to try to tie up things and make them believable (at least for the story). I have another in the works as well. Hopefully, it will be up soon. Cheers!
Wonderful story! I absolutely LOVED it! The way you wrote the characters and the careful way you built Severus and Hermione's relationship was amazing. Lovely job! Keep up the fantastic work.~Jen
Oh my gosh. Found this accidentally through a peice of fanart for it on DevieantArt. It's amazing. This chapter I loved. Well, i loved Snape FINALLY confessing his love. That Pansy part was perfection. Helping him wee, so horribly uncomfortable but also rather selfless. I hope they get together. Man this is an old story by now but it sure is good.
QUOTE: I hadn’t initially planned on killing Ron,All's forgiven. Ron's a git.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
LOL! Thanks! :)
I was afraid for a minute that Severus would get rid of Harry. I still can't believe that Ron is dead. Great chapter.
I'm still finding Voldemort too threatening. I can't trust him. Severus is acting kind of nasty too. He reminds me of someone I used to be close to. Great chapter.
I forgot to tell you on the other site...
why is Pansy so kind with Ron ? Well she's not the best sweet girl he could dream of ?
And your Hermione is a bit too naive. She did not initiative the kiss and she was holding Snape because she had no choice. Even Snape knows that. I hope she will wake up a bit.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Pansy had a plan, or someone else did rather, but I'm thinking that she might not be all so bad. Yes she is a bit naive. She explained that to herself some when she said she just loses all sense around him. She didn't have to hold him. She wanted to hold him and have him comfort her, so in a way, even though he kissed her, she initiated it. I really think she's fine. She was very assertive with Ron b/c she was comfortable with him. But, this is a grown man. Who wouldn't feel a bit nervous or self-conscious about things? There is not much for her to wake up to. The only thing she is doing wrong is trusting him.
armor's response: Yes you are right. Thanks a lot to have taken time to answer me. Now, it is clearer for me:) And yes, I would feel nervous if I were Hermione... But I read too much stories with Snape, I know our dear PotionsMaster... hehehe. And we are older than Hermione too.
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
mauahahaha... the things i would do with snape (sigh....) She will find her voice eventually, after things are put into perspective. She's still uncertain too as to whether or not he's into her in that way. But, once it's on... hehe
such a good, hot story
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Thanks for reading! :)
Thank you very much for a very enjoyable story. It has taken me a fair few days to read this from start to finish - work, kids and the need to sleep kept getting in the way. Shame I can’t take the computer into the bath, which is the only place I can read in peace and quite for long stretches.
I'm off to bed now. Really enjoying this. Can't wait to read the rest.
Still reading. off to the next chapter.
See... I knew he wasn't dead. Especially since you never said he was. (Good thing I didn't go off half-cocked and give up reading. *snicker*) Aw, one more chapter? All good things must eventually come to an end, I suppose. Great job, dear. I most enjoyed this story. I've loved how Hermione has gradually 'grown up' in it. xoxoxo
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
hehe... That's right. Only Harry's assumption to go on. Hope you like he rest. xoxoox Thank you.
One more chapter? But... but... but she has to save Severus and... and... *cries*
;-)
Just kidding, dear. I'll miss this storyline, too, but I'm also anxious for things to be resolved. Gah! Poor Severus! :(
Great chap as always, dear!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Look at my little stranger. How goes it?
I just read the last few chapters. I really enjoyed them. The battle scenes were great. It would Lucius that would have the solution...
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Thank you. I'm happy that you liked it. The battle scene bit was fun!!
I'm getting there ... getting closer to the end.
I really like that Severus has finally admitted his feelings to himself as well as to her. Isn't it funny how love can give someone clarity, something to work toward... Because before he was very undecided. I'm looking forward to the next chapter, but that will have to wait until later today.
(By the way, this is review # 5000!!)
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Yes indeed! Kewl over 5k now! yeehaw! LOL
SQUEEEE!!!! Severus is not dead!!! Doing the happy dance. LOL! Fabulous Chapter! Made my day! THANK YOU!!!
PS: I got all mixed up and put this reveiw in the Prologue.
That is how happy I was. I got all messed up!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
I'm laughing! Not a problem at all! Glad you enjoyed!

oh no! i put this is the wrong spot. Sorry! See--I was soooo happy, it messed me all up! LOL!!!
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Haha... I was wondering. LOL
I think you hit the nail on the head here. People who have the ability to see the value of both (or all) sides end up questioning a lot of what they think and sometimes vascillate between viewpoints. You did something here, which I have felt at times when someone is trying so hard to shove their viewpoint down my throat, that I almost feel brainwashed. But at the same time, I can see it happening so I begin questioning everything. Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that I related with Hermione in this chapter. (Not that I'm living with Death Eaters or anything... never that.)
Response from Southern_Witch_69 (Author of Luring the Enchantress)
Sometimes I wonder about the living with Death Eaters part. Teehee! Naughty Sun, I know. In-Law-Eaters? lol That sounds so gross. *Obliviate*Thank you. You know, most of the people at Ashwinder were saying, "Oh, how childish! Hermione is naive."Yuck. That aggravates me so badly. She's grieving. She's confused. She's trying to get things straight and make a good decision on what to think and believe. But I guess those people are the ones that write Hermione 18 going on 35. I just simply want an 18 year old girl who has faults and isn't too smart to get confused.LOL Digression? Indeed!
