This was such a cute chapter.  Lucius telling Severus what Severus already knows and is afraid of doing was awesome.  I just wish Severus could have stayed long enough to actually talk to Hermione instead of running out the way he did.  Well, hopefully it will be Hermione at the door and she will be able to have a normal conversation with the man.  Oh and BTW:  Way to go, nice way to leave us hanging like that!   :D

Oh how could you leave such a cliffy like that.  Is it Hermionie or Lusius my monies on Hermionie. The chapter was excelent,  A funny Lusius is something you seldom see in ff I loved it.  Really looking forward to the next chapter to see who was at the door.

I love it.   I do wonder though, how many more chapters can we expect to read?  I love it but I do wish  you would post more often, the suspense between the chapters is killing me. 

You know I had this marked as read (the first three chapters), but I certianly do not remember reading this.  Oh well.  I am sure it will be great.  Looking forward to seeing how it continues from here.

Nothing hurts like someone's unvarnished view of you.  It doesn't even matter if they know you well.  It will always ring true to some extent and feed your insecurities.  I think it is because we are our own worst enemy and say terrible things about ourselves.  Then when someone says something in the same vein, we say "see I told you that this xxx makes you unwantable!"

It does make me wonder about the matching process though to see who she is matched with and to see who Snape was matched with.  It doesn't seem to work very well...

How true those posts were, I really had a good chuckle out of them.    Sometimes they just end up confusing you more than you all ready were.

Poor Hermione her mom was right some times what we want is not what is best for us but what we get is what we needed.  I hope she finds the answers she is looking for.  Great chapter Southern as always, up date soon

This seems so familiar--I am almost certain I read this story previously. Has it been posted elsewhere, or is it being revised and reposted?Anyway, I am really enjoying the gradual setup and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
