This is definitely one of my favorite stories.  I love the banter and fun that is had.  I enjoy the friendship that has grown between Draco and Hermione, and the fact that they are kind of bringing other people into their friendship.  I'm very much looking forward to another chapter.  Thank you for sharing.

Ha! Lucius playing matchmaker? I do tend to see that as a Malfoy tendency... although it's hilarious to think of it from Lucius concerning his son and Miss Granger.  The question is... will this trait resurface at a later date? With a different target?

I have to think that someone at Hogwarts would have suspected Snape's true loyalties during that last year... Way to go, Minerva!On the subject of life debts... I'm not sure how real they are in HP. It's obviously one of the bits of canon that JKR never got quite straight, but it's fairly obvious that Snape's "life debt" to James for the Shrieking Shack incident doesn't affect him when James' life is in danger in the first war (after all, he goes to Dumbledore to save Lily, not James or Harry, and Dumbledore calls him out on it). What IS a life debt in the wizarding world? I think we'd all like to know if it's anything more that the speculation of Dumbledore and Voldemort, the only two who really talk about it in any particular way.

Could have told Harry the truth about his scar? Well, I suppose if Dumbledore would have done that before the end of Harry's fourth year, it would have been accompanied by a 'So sorry you're going to die, Harry.' If he would have waited until post-Voldemort regeneration, it could have been accompanied by a 'So sorry you're probably going to die, but I suppose there's a slim chance now that you might make it, Harry.'I'm glad Hermione's already begun to see the light. (And I enjoy Hermione and Narcissa working together. A formidable pair.)

Ooh! I just found this story and am delighted right off the bat! I love the thought of Hermione and Draco as friends (inevitable once he gets past his horrid prejudices, really, and she learns to look at Slytherins with anything other than fear and loathing). I'm also a sucker for the incorporation of Muggle medicine into a tale, and I'm quite curious to see how you pull off the redemption of Lucius and the problematic relationships that exist here...

"Charmed life" oh dear. Excellent little chapter.  I do enjoy how human the characters are, even if Hermione is super smart.  I quite enjoy the friendship between Hermione and Draco.  I'm looking forward to watching the relationships of the others with Hermione.  I can see Hermione and Minerva being good friends.  And, of course, I am waiting to see the friendship and more that I keep hoping to see between Severus and Hermione.  Great story so far, I am looking forward to further chapters.

I love that Draco has unbent enough to call Hermione "Herms" (although I suspect it's at least partially--if not entirely--done to irritate her)!  Hermione's definitely on the "fast track" to Master status, and I can't help but wonder if the same will happen should she take Filius up on his offer.  Will he and Septima ever get their chances?  As usual, I already can't wait until the next chapter so I can see what happens next!

Will we see more ss/hg soon??

Aww!  Cute.  And they aren't in a Teacher/Student position anymore.  I look froward to seeing where their relationship heads.  How is Draco doing?  A very fun read!  Thank you for sharing.

I was so glad to see this story update in my email, I can't wait to see how they get together, I do hope it's soon.

Seriously enjoying this, although I thought for the longest time that this would be a Draco-Hermione fic till I found it in the SSHG section (thank God). I'm definitely looking forward to updates, although I have to say that your chapters seem a bit short (and a bit unsatisfying in that way). Calling each chapter a drabble would be hyperbolic, but I feel like I barely get a glimpse before the chapter ends. I'm still interested, of course, but the chapter ends before I can thoroughly enjoy what's going on.
