There's a folktale-like quality to the end of this chapter that is very lovely.

I am really enjoying this fic, which says a lot, because I usually don't enjoy fics where the plot revolves around sex. I love the understated sweetness of Hermione wanting to gather the mistletoe for Severus' headaches, and I can't wait for the next chapter.

Of course Hermione would be stingy when it came to her clothes, so she could purchase a book.  Bless her.  And I can definitely see her not only noticing the migraines, but researching a solution and then going out on her own to do something about it.

As always, you've blended angst with hawtness beautifully.  Their growing protectiveness of each other is thrilling to watch.

I think what Hermione was trying to do for Severus was so sweet. Of course, with his insecurities about love and any affection, he would automatically assume Hermione wanted someone else. It's understandable that he's afraid to look at her feelings for him, considering what happened to him last time, but I think if he were to ever find out, he would be completely surprised. Why else would Hermione try to make him something for his headaches, if she didn't care about his well-being?

Another great chapter. For an intelligent man, he can be so stupid sometimes! I do like the way they're slowly getting closer, in more ways than just physically.

I think Christmastime would be a great opportunity for Severus to replace the multitude of knickers he's Vanished!

I was going to save my comments for the end of the story, but I just can't help myself!

I am in love with this plot (there is definately not PWP). What terrible, mixed-up emotions they both must feel. Their pains as well as their pleasures really come through in this story. My favorite part so far was the part where Severus hears Dumbledore floo in but chooses to ignore him in favor of continuing with her. It's clear that he wants her, but he continues to maintain his nobility which is just beautiful.

I also love the idea of her wanting to make the gift potion for him but endangering herself to do so. It's almost like he needs to rescue her from himself. He knows that she is falling in love with him and he's trying to save her from that in some way.

I love it. I love it. I love it. More please!!!

This is turning from carnal to tender, and it also is an answer for my earlier question what they might do once the weekend was over. Move on, it seems. Lovely.

Dear Subversa,This is simply a wonderful story. I found it a couple of days ago, and have been enjoying it in my limited free time. Since I read through it all before stopping to review (sorry!), I can't comment, but there are so many lovely aspects of it. You write SSHG very convincingly, your OCs are good and fit well, your story line is interesting and flows smoothly.I know I'd read a couple of your fics some time ago, but recently have happily rediscovered you, and am working my way through all your stories. I very much envy love your writing, and especially your porn plot lines. :)Seriously, I think your stories are tops because while you do write P, it never seems PWP! That plot always sneaks in, whether you mean for it or not! Thanks so much for sharing with those us shlubs who have great imaginations, just can't get stuff down on paper! A lovely long chapter! I do feel for them both, as hot as it may be, it's also frustrating, especially for Hermione.And it certainly does have plot!What about Nexus? Can't wait to find out about it.

I have a bad feeling about Hermione seeing the Dark Mark...    She's not in a fit state to fight, but I can't see her turning away if she thinks people are in trouble.  Seems to me that Madam Prince would have a different opinion of the "drivel" Severus wrote if she had had time to finish reading the note.    Hermione looks like she likes "his idea of how to woo his lady-love" just fine!  Pettigrew couldn't have come to a nicer end.  Am a bit nervous too about what Voldemort is going to do with her hair slide, and how Severus is going to react...  Don't want him to do anything to blow his cover or mess with his concentration during a battle.  Love this fic!!!    Looking forward to the next!

well, if I were a smoker (which I'm not), a whole pack would have been puffed to get me thru this Sexorama!chappy.  Glad to see that they both still have their edges and quirks despite the compulsion of the curse (and getting their brains shagged into mush)   The smut!freak reader in me is glad that you've decided to persevere along with our OTP...!

There's certainly plenty of plot in this story! And good plot, at that.

It really is a truly terrible curse. I just hope some good will come of this, what with the first signs of actual mutual affection already starting to show. 

I just saw a cartoon lately with Snape and Hermione getting it on in the storeroom during a class period.  Thank you for putting it into words (even if you had never seen the cartoon).I'm glad you had Hermione tell him that she wanted him after the compulsion was satisfied.  I wonder if he already knew that....
