I've firmly decided to believe it won't come to Severus having to fulfil his promise. *believes* 

Oh man, he is to kill her, will that won't happen.   He can deny his feelings all he wants but he isn't fooling anyone else.   Hold firm Hermione he'll come around.   And all will be well.

OMG I can't believe for a minute that Severus will actually poison her - he loves her even if he doesn't realise it.

Wow, that was intense....I'm so into this story.  It's great. And I really appreciate your Madam Hooch; I hope to see more of her, especially some interaction with Severus, could be hilarious.  She's definitely good for Hermione.  Kkeep it up (and faster if possible!!).  Great job.

Ah, but since he knows he's going to poison her, and presumably the brew he'd most likely feed her, he can pre-emptively give her the antidote!  \o/

Now I'm trying to figure out if he will poison her, or if he will poison her if Voldemort wins, or if he said he'll poison her to protect her from the rest of the Deatheaters.

And the other thing you do expertly is to maintain an amazing and very creepy sense of danger.  Hermione and Severus are in real peril here, on so many different fronts, not the least of which is from one another.

Oh, well, if I didn't have more reasons for rooting for Harry, this would do it.

Oh happy day, two chapters and so quickly too.  Fantastic they are too.  In the first I loved the conversation between the two of them and his inner conversation with himself.  I can't wait for him to give in and just sweep her up in a kiss.  The second was so well written, I liked the physical interaction between Voldy and Sev, that's exactly how I would write it, gentle almost like lovers.  A master needs to show a sembalance of kindness that is scary in its own right.  Horrible cliff hanger you trease, now you know you'll just have to update fast to make up for it.

Oh my! It's getting jucy!  This is a wonderfully complicated story. Kudos!

I want you to know that I have been reading this all along for the last five weeks or so - but if you read my LJ you know I've been away. But when I was dealing with horrid work crap (even on vacation!) I was always cheered by finding another chapter alert in my email. Your story has given me so much happiness, I'm so glad you wrote it. So finely and meticulously crafted - these chapters must take a lot out of you. Thank you.

Oh My God!  I feel so sorry for Severus.  He has love literally starring him in the face and he is powerless to reach out and accept it.  I feel sorry for Hermione because she jumped blind into this relatioship and yet has found her heart in his hands. Hermione has the power to destroy Severus, I wonder if he realizes it.  Wonderful as always.

I wonder whether Severus plans to actually kill Hermione. He might instead give her a potion that seems like poison but actually puts her to sleep for a length of time. Hopefully they find some way to destroy Voldemort before Halloweeen.
