About Mia
I came to the world of Harry Potter relatively early, after first resisting it because it just seemed too trendy. But when the first book came out in paperback in the US I picked it up at the airport when I was about to catch a flight, and two chapters in knew I would be ordering the original from amazon.co.uk in hardcover as soon as I landed.
I came to fanfic late, waiting until after I'd read DH. That means I've been totally obsessed with the fanfic world of Harry Potter, and most specifically the SS/HG ship, since August of '07.
I'm helplessly and hopelessly hooked.

I've finally stopped long enough to review... Oh, he can be such a complete BASTARD!! I have learned to control my tears when I read stories at work, but this is one of those moments where my heart just ACHES for Hermione. Ugh! I'm really loving this story, by the way

Admit it, you have been looking at a picture of Princess Anne when describing Hermione's mother.But what on earth do you mean with: "...she looked like she spent far too much time on a horse." *Pouts* Spending too much time on a horse is NOT a bad thing!Oh, I love it how you circumvent the cliches. Not Lord!Snape in a manor house, but an aristocratic Hermone. Priceless!And the way her mother hinted that she understood why she apparently had fallen for Snape... An chapter full of surprises!

The bonding gift scene from Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw was very sweet. How sterotypically Gryffinor /Slytherin not to have thought of something like this.But little Peregrine saved the situation for Slytherin.

Ah, you went against one of my favourite pet-peeves: Virgin!Hermione gets multiple orgasms at her defloration. Of course the circumstances that led to her not-so-romantic wedding night were rather harsh.The wedding in the crypt was beautiful. You described the magic that flowed and sealed the bond marverllously. A great scene.The flight through the cathedral after they already were outside the Room of Requirement is a puzzle to me. Are going to explain that in future chapters?

I'll admit, I staged the wedding in the crypt for no good reason except that I loved the idea of it and have been in that crypt before, but there are ramifications so it was a lucky choice I made.

What started out as a light, enertainig tale, has started to get a bit darker.I'm very curious what's going to await me on the ride. So far I have enjoyed reading your tale immensly.

How delightful that your need to squeeze half blood Snape into the Marriage Law led to this. Cool. Like Snape's response, his feeling that he's betraying Hermione for the first time. I look forward to the development of that thought. Also, the father angle had crossed briefly across the surface of my mind before this, don't remember when, and that's good. It means you laid groundwork for it. But what I really wanted to tell you today was that every time I run across the words "too much" nowadays, I hear them in Snape's voice, when he's telling Dumbledore off. Which, awesome.
