This chapter was very very pleasant  to read!!you keep perfectly in touch with the books and their language, and their every day life and business.of course I loved the scene with Ginny and S in the empty classroom. Very personal and correct.And now he has the information he has so much longed for. Thank you for giving him some backup there. He will need it for his wedding and all that follows after.. gg.I like this new behaviour of Snape, oh yesss... very good ideas you had here. A happy Snape, who flirts and aggresively pursues Hermione, yes, happy days are here. I enjoyed the unexpected encounters and Severus befriending Ginny. Boy, detention should really be interesting. Thanks for the lovely chapter.

I could hug Ginny for telling Severus how Hermione feels about him!  It's just what he needed to know.  The look of relief that came over his face made me smile!  Now he has assurance that his marriage to Hermione is something that she is looking forward to.  And with that new found confidence, he has unleashed the passionate side of Severus Snape that he had suppressed for so many years.  What a fabulous chapter!!!I can't wait for the detention, the hen party, the wedding, and the wedding night!  I LOVE THIS STORY.Beth

I love how the Slytherins still look out for what is to their advantage and Hermione's comment about some of the Gryfindors behavior is right on the money.  Nice chapter.

I really like marriage law fics and yours is developing nicely.  I like that Severus is starting to take some initiative in the relationship.  Can't wait for the wedding!

This is a really great take on the Marriage Law Plot and I just wanted to encourage you to keep writing, as I'm really interested to see where you take this story.I'll even admit to reading the entire thing (thus far) last night.  I laughed outloud at Harry being afraid of Mrs. Weasley and Snape including diagrams in his "homework"   Thanks - and keep up the lovely work

This chapter is delicious.  I love the flirty new Snape, and Hermiones reaction to him.  It's great that Hermiones friends are being supportive.  I can't wait for the next chapter, I know I say that every time but it's true.  You are so talented, keep up the great work.

Such a good story.  "Baby Steps" makes me think of the movie What About Bob, which is great.  Yep, baby steps work really well.
