Wow.  I don't know that a love scene has ever made me cry before, but this one was so beautiful and sweet that I really did.  You do such a great job showing several of the characters as strong as they are in canon but also delicately vulnerable.

I'm a sucker for a good marriage law story and this one is no exception. It is heartwarming to see the transformation in Severus when he is given a little attention, respect, and affection. The challenge Hermione represents has brought him to life in many ways. Hermione, too, is thinking about something other than books. Although she appears to be a little focused on sex at the moment.

I really loved that part where Severus and Ginny came to an agreement. The best friend and the husband. Excellent!

"Nearly there," indeed!  I love that she has last-minute jitters and he has none!  Perhaps he can in fact learn to be happy, and perhaps he can teach her a thing or two in the process (as she's giving HIM such an education!).

Ah darn I was hoping for more on the boys in drag, but the half-lemon was decent enough. I really liked the conversation between Ginny and Hermione.

I cannot say enough just how much I love this story!  From the detention to the hen party to the morning after, this chapter has been a great read.  I wish someone had been around to take photos of Harry and Ron all made up... surely Draco wouldn't have passed up an opportunity like that, would he?    And Ginny takes charge!  I'd feel sorry for Harry's future as a hen-pecked husband, but ironically I suspect that's exactly what he needs and wants.Hope the wedding itself makes the next chapter, as well as the wedding night (but you'll probably make us all wait until the chapter after next for that...sigh)!

I can't believe he did that to her for detention. I'm signing for a year (life) of detention (only with dear Sev' of course) *grin* I love the MLC in general but is very special to me. Please update as soon as you can with the wedding day and night...

Severus has certainly proved that he is as good at the practical application of seduction as he is at potions making... a quick study and paying very close attention to the details.  It's all in the details.I would love to have been a fly on the wall when Lavender was "making up" Harry's and Ron's faces.  I can only imagine what the boys looked like with blush and mascara.  I'm glad that Severus took pity on the party goers who were suffering from hangovers.  He scored major points with this one!  Good job.I'll bet Severus will be blown away when he first lays eyes on Hermione at their wedding ceremony.  This is a fabulous story—I'm such a sucker for Marriage Law fics!Can't wait for the wedding and the wedding night!Beth

I was so happy to see an update.  Love the whole chapter.  Their interaction steaming up, not queit freighttrain yet...lolIt was nice to see her have a breakdown before the marrige, although she is sure of herself, she is still able to have insurities.  Honestly that was my second favorite part.  The steaming up was my first by the way...lol.

there was some discussion in earlier chapters about the wisdom of Hermione telling Ginny everything. I know that (although I am more circumspect myself) some people DO 'tell all.' I have defintely had cases of Too Much Information from my girlfriends. Personally I feel that it is casting wisdom aside to tell such things, but I know from personal experience that others tell.
