This was not what Severus expected when he confronted Hermione Weasley about payment of his life debt.
This is my response for the Dictionary Drabbles Fun Challenge for March 22.

I love to write. A dreamer, a creator and filled with wonder, imagination and life. Sometimes I get lost in the other worlds I've read and in some I create. It's all good, I’m in good company.
“Imagination does not become great until human beings, given the courage and the strength, use it to create.”― Maria Montessori
“Our imagination flies -- we are its shadow on the earth.”― Vladimir Nabokov
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions.”― Albert Einstein
“Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were, but without it we go nowhere.” ― Carl Sagan

Hee. I'm glad she did exactly what she did. It was a good way to get to him, I think.

“She’s not snogging anyone—that’s Ginny.” Priceless!I love Harry. he can be a bit thick sometimes too, can't he? I love how Severus has been agonizing all night about one little kiss...
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Thank you. Yes, well I could just see Ron and Harry having that exchange and chose to share it!Yep, he's attracted to his apprentice. Just isn't ready to face it. Thank you for the reveiw.

So has she got a Plan? And Ginny is in on it?
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Yes and yep!
Is Ron being an idiot?
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Yes. Ron is being - well, Ron.
This is great -- I loved their kiss, and I loved Severus agonizing over it. Eagerly looking forward to more -- good job!

Thank you very much.
Boys are silly. Severus is definitely overthinking everything, and Ron is being ridiculous.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Yes they are - but they are fun! Yes, Severus is really thinking about this - and can't see the grass through the trees! and Ron, he is just missing it, too. Thank you for the reveiw.
Very cool, actually. I quite really liked that one.

Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Sorry, it's not why he wanted it, just that he did that I gave you. However, if your muse wants to play with the idea... I welcome you to give it a go!
oh dear Lucius' secret is out
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
One of them at least.
Oh dear, poor Lucius. I don't think I want to know what he is using that potion for if it has to be top secret.Loved the extra bit in the reviews. I dont think Severus really knows what is about to hit him!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Or it could be because of a stray curse, a vanity thing - who knows with Lucius?Nope, Sev is still in denial that he even likes her, let alone deesires her, so finding out she is doing this cuz' shelikes him... will be fun to see happen.
This was a very nice chapter -- not nearly as exciting as the previous ones, but it did move the story along nicely =D. I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Good job!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Oh, I'm sorry! I will try harder to make them more exciting! Maybe this will help?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~May 24~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Severus watched her as she finished for the night and left to go read in his sitting room. The potion Lucius wanted could take him three days to brew, and most of the questionable ingredients were combined in the first two days, leaving only the innocuous ingredients for the following two days when she would be in the lab with him. Still, he knew that it would be best if Lucius returned on a Saturday to acquire his purchase. The Ramora scales, or silver fish if one is being discreet, and the aqueous humor of the Erumpent horn had been quite expensive, but still I will make a healthy profit on the potion. Besides, now that Plitheroa had met Ms. Granger, she will be able to go to the shop instead of me, he thought as he walked to his sitting room. Plitheroa knew better than to sell me less desirable quality ingredients, what with the secret I share with her. That, and she didn’t grope me with Ms. Granger in attendance. Having a female apprentice is turning out to be a good thing… Severus was stunned as he opened the door to the sitting room. Ms. Granger was standing before the fire, scanning a book, wearing her nightshirt with one of her silky dressing robes, untied, hanging open, and exposing her long, lithe legs. In fact, there was very little of her body not exposed as the light of the fire, which made her attire all but transparent. Severus quickly backed out of the room, closing the door softly and swore. His body had reacted strongly the moment he’d seen her, and his heart was still racing in his chest. Mother of Merlin, that girl! Why in all Hades can she not understand that I am merely a man with urges, however primeval, and she simply cannot parade herself around a man’s house dressed like a whore in a bordello! And that attire is only suitable for a boudoir. The thought of having Ms. Granger in his bedroom hit him, and he had to literally shake his head to clear the image of Hermione lounging in her nightshirt on his bed. That’s it – I’m going to take a cold shower and then bring the insipid girl one of my dressing robes to wear, he thought as he stormed upstairs to his father’s room.

That definitely helped! I really missed their little interactions.. well, I really missed Hermione torturing him, in other words! Thank you!
An Exfoliative Potion? Like, facial exfoliate? Lucius is so bizarre sometimes. LOL. And I love that a seemingly upper-class business caters to sub-Knockturn Alley clients.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
I suppose that the potion could be for that - or use your inagination! It could possibly be for other places as well? Who knows where he'd plan on using it - if he didn't want anyone to know he was getting it? Thank you for the compliment on my use of the 'uptown' shopping street. TeehheheWEll - you are first, so here is the bonus! (One of!)

Hermione paced her room, furious and frustrated at Severus Snape. Spread out on her bed were several books and magazines, each one providing fail proof methods on how to get your man, and a journal Hermione had started full of helpful advice, mostly those she thought would work on Severus. Luna sat cross-legged on the bed as well, thumbing through the Cosmo in her hands. “This seems far too complicated. Tickle his balls? Hmm.” She dropped the magazine. “I think you should simply tell him you like him. Although, he might not believe you. He’ll get acerbic, objurgate you as his inferior, and then he’ll be furious and cloy, but you have to stop using subterfuge.”“Thank you,” Hermione said, whirling around to face her friend. “I’m aware that he’ll be furious when he finds out, I just hope that when he does he’ll understand why.”“You’ve been diffident, right? You should be more direct with him and stop being obsequious,” Luna suggested. “Men have certain innate needs that must be met before they truly feel connected to you,” she read aloud. “Performing concrete tasks is a way of bonding that enhances his sense of success. Ask his opinion. Wear soft materials.”“I’ve been doing that,” Hermione stated.“Don his clothes.” “Luna, you’re brilliant!” Hermione beamed. “Thank you.”Response from CharmedForce (Reviewer)
Yay! I got the bonus! You know, listening to Luna talk made me think of the SAT cheer from Bring It On. Have you heard it? Google it...

Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!! You nailed Ron twice in this one with Severus' sharp tongue: First, deus ex machina and then a sheep (another definition of bellwether) Excellent!!! (Sorry, not a huge "Ron 'n' Harry" fan in SS/HG stories...)
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Thank you for the review. Yep, poor Ron, the brunt of Severus' sharp tongue! I didn't know that bellwether meant sheep! That is so perfect! Thank you for telling me!
Response from amsev (Reviewer)
There's a great book by Connie Willis called "Bellwether," and it talks about sheep extensively in there. It's a romantic comedy, and I think you would really enjoy it, but that's me -- I adore Connie Willis' writing (sci fi and fantasy). I also recommend her two short-story anthologies to you: "Fire Watch" and "Impossible Things." Her short stories range from the hilarious to the devastating. She's a wonderful writer that really finds her own twist on things. I've gone through several copies of each of her books, I'm so hard on them (reading them several times and then some).
You did a great job with all of the medical terms, and the story has a nice flow to it.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
Thank you. I hope you dont mind Severus being a bit snarky for a bit - I love snarkey Snape! April 5 - will be up sometime soon...
Good start, I think Severus got more than he bargained for though.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of Repaying The Life Debt)
