There are tears in my eyes. What an incredible story. You are an amazing writer. The plot was tremendous. I can't believe how bad the Aurors and Madam Pomfrey were. Absolute power corrupts was certainly proven in your story. The best part, however, has to be the relationship that you so carefully develop between Hermione and Severus. Cheers to you for making it so real, so tangible. I can't wait for the epilogue.

Yay!  Happy endings!  I like your Molly very much.  Some people write Molly as a real bitch.  --I just have to say, since Eva-Snape and you brought it up, that Snape's death in DH was not  in battle, a warrior's death as you say, but that does not make it ignoble to  me.  I believe that it is not a man's death that is important, but his life.  So much of Snape's adult life has been spent fighting evil, and in such a  way that he was sometimes cut off from his true friends and forced to associate with the worst of society.  Such self-sacrifice gives his life great meaning.  Whether he steps through a dingy, littered doorway or a beautiful, rich portal is of little importance, it is the life he led and the life he goes to that matter.In my opinion, of course!

Very nice ending, I'm sure the Weasley's are creating the perfect atmosphere for a wedding, although I do agree it would have been nice if Severus had the opportunity to ask.

That was absolutely perfect.  Snarky Severus is back.   I had to stop and laugh when I read “My joy is complete,” Snape bit out sarcastically.   I sometimes have to go back and read the books again to see JKR's Snape because the way he is written in fiction is incredible.  His snarkiness, his sarcastic wit, it all makes me wonder what JKR would have written him like if she had not ripped out my heart and killed him with such an anti-climactic death.  I could forgive her for killing him off, but I cannot forgive her for the way she killed him.  He deserved a warrior's death.  Anyway enough about that.  I love this fic and cannot wait to see what happens next for our couple.

I am so glad Hermione had a cause that brough back the real Hermione. I loved that she was able to stand up to that horrible defence attorney.Now, time to release Snape...

Okay the ending of the chapter is such a cliffie - It was Severus entering the castle as a free potions master but what happened - you had me going with the four more years - Next chapter should be good :-)

Great chapter, but the end was very confusing.  Severus hadn't heard word yet and at the end of the chapter he's in teaching robes, so I'm not sure what's happening.
