Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)
Reviews for Limited Exposure
Noooooo! Lovely chapter and all (your Blaise makes me wish I were a teen and a witch and transported into fiction and into the past), but you are far, far too good leaving me panting for more. Truly, you’re a master at hooking us and then taking your time with the reeling in. (Which, of course, just makes it all the more wonderful.) Did I mention I love your Blaise? And that scene at the end? The only thing that could have made it better would be if Blaise had got in on the action. Oh, and if they hadn't been seen by whoever was spying. Nevermind. That only makes it more exciting. (But, Dear Sunny! don't let it have been Harry or Ron.)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
LOL. Everyone fancies Blaise. At this rate I'll have to write him his own story! :)
Response from TeaOli (Reviewer)
Reading the other reviews, I most folks assume the mystery observer was Severus. I so refuse to believe it's him (or anyone!) until you tell us. You're just too cunning by far to be accurately second-guessed.
Response from TeaOli (Reviewer)
On Blaise's own story: Please do!
I really like the developing friendship between Blaise and Hermione. I keep thinking that she's going to raise her hand in class and that's when he'll recognize her...
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
*fingers taped up* Not telling! :)
Response from Selene (Reviewer)
I'm sure! ;) Can't wait for the next chapter; I'm in suspense!
Oh dear GOD the plot thickens! ROFL. I love it. I Hermione is just the person to improve interhouse relations. Or maybe she's the one who will destroy them, I don't know. I am going insane waiting to find out what happens. I want to know what happens next with Draco as well!
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
They'll all get some screen time in the next chapter. :)
Ooh, the glowering eyes are out. Now, how is he going to see that tattoo? Cause that tattoo is just all too important to only remain a side note!Too funny that Hermione's getting herself firmly ensconced in the (male) Slytherin camp.Looking forward to seeing what happens next!
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Ooo, glowering eyes. *hides* Have they gone yet? ;)
Response from Jinxie (Reviewer)
lol. Not from me! ;)
You are such a tease! Get on with it already! :p(Although I do like your Blaise more and more. Especially seeing as you can actually spell his name right.)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
But... but... I like teasing. ;)
Severus is going to be very hurt. Hermione might have forged two aliences in Slytherin in one day, but Severus will jump to a conclusion she will have trouble explaining. Poor them. They deserve happiness, yet it cannot come too early or their respective positions will be forfeit.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
All is not lost. Just don't assume anything. ;)
Aww, Hermione, NOT your best timing! Well meant, but... gahhhhhhhhhh. DAMMIT, SNAPE, MUST YOU SKULK?
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
LOL ;)
You know, Hermione's going to have to eventually let Draco in on everything because of what she and Blaise are up to, don't you? And if Draco and Blaise know before Severus...I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I really can't wait for the realization now!!
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Draco doesn't need to know anything except Hermione is on his side. ;)
Hahahaha This is fantastic! I love how Blaise is involved - I know we didn't hear much about him in canon, but you've made him into such a likeable character! Can't wait for more.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Well, Blaise was supposed to play a minor part, but everyone wanted more of him. I just can't keep a good man down! :)
Wonderful update. I really like your Blaise, he is not the rigth one for Hermione, obviously, not in this story, but everyone needs friends. So, it annoyed Severus to see Hermione kiss Draco, I wonder when he will listen to what his mind tries to tell him:-)) (And I bet that Blaise will develop a interest in art and visit a certain gallery....)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Hmm, wonder what makes you think that? ;)
So she will have all of Slytherin folowing her around like puppy dogs by the time Severus discovers she is Grace. Really enjoyed this chapter. It was a nice interlude between the next Hermione/Severus encounter. Also can see a little bit of a tinge of green on Severus due to that kiss.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
She's on a one-woman house bonding crusade! :)
I'm sorry for Blaise, he really did't stand a chance. Hermione was very generous rescui g Draco like that. Trying to decide if it throws Sev further off the trail, or intrigues him enough to put him on the right scent. :-)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
You'll find out. It may surprise you. :)
Response from Owlbait (Reviewer)
I'm certain it will, because you always surprise me!
I'm with Sampdoria - both about Blaise going to the gallery and Snape getting a clue maybe. He's gotta recognize some of Grace's mojo there, right???? LOVE this, thanks for the update. Looking forward to the next as always.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Thank you. :D
She's going to be so screwed if he thinks to put part of that hair in Polyjuice. >.<
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
He'd have to brew it first, so she has a month at least. :)
My entire body froze and I went over in my head if Hermione had used a spell to mask her hand writting as Grace, from her student script once I saw him come to the last essay he had. Then I realized it was for third-years and shook myself out of it. But I do think that Severus recognizing Grace's hand writing as Hermiones would be sweet, and he would have time to calm down after the initial rage, as opposed to face to face confrontation. Which would probably led to more angst and cliffys. Also, love how the tattoo is finally getting some play in, just wish I knew what it was . As alsways, excellent work. Hope to see the next bit soon.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
It's almost ready. :)
Fantastic writing: delightful premise, deep characterization and motivation of main characters. Point of view is excellent. Appropriate minor charactarization of HP & RW, etc. Dramatic tension between HG/SS is compelling. Can't. Wait. For. More.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Thank you. :)
What? What?! Knew he'd seen WHAT? Please don't tell me he suspects Grace is MANDY BROCKELHURST! I hate your evil cliffies. Now I'll hsve to go reread Pride and Prejudice and cry myself to sleep you evil, evil writer.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
ROFL. I didn't even think of her myself! :)
OOOOO! this gets better with each chapter!.....will Grace and Sid get it together...I do hope so.can't wait for the next installment. :O)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
LOL. Love your excitement. :D
My inner fangirl squeed when I saw this update, which has REALLY made my week. Eagerly awaiting more, and for when Severus and Hermione finally get it together and shag like bunnies...I mean, live happily every after. I wouldn't even mind a OT3 with your Blaise, but somehow I don't think Severus would like to share. All the cliff hangers probably should turn me off reading works in progress because I'm always impatiently wanting to know what happens next, yet the fact that I'm still here is a testament to how truly wonderful a writer you are. Thank you so much for giving us this lovely fantasy world to escape in. :)
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Thank you for the lovely review. :)
This is your story, but this is what I would like to see: Hermione, glamored as Grace, walking in to the Great Hall after everyone has started to eat dinner. Walking over to Blaise (because this is pre-arranged). With Snape's eyes totally glued to her. She and Blaise walking out of the Great Hall. But if anyone sees them once they exit, it is just Blaise and Hermione, nothing special.I wonder if Snape would be frozen with shock or out of his chair so fast that he is only a blur?I just can't imagine what he would do if his dream girl were suddenly just THERE, in his world, where he could access her. But I know he wouldn't be feeling any of this uncertainty, he'd only be feeling lust and longing. His head would be over-ruled and Hermione would get what she wants -- an answer to the question of what she means to him.So this is my fantasy. I am sure whatever you have planned is much better. I just think if he saw her... he would stop rationalizing and go after the one he doesn't want to live without.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
LOL. I just love how so many people are coming up with their own ideas on what might happen. Keep them coming! :)
Oh so yummy. Exciting isn't enough of a word to describe their relationship, or should I say fumblings as such. I can't wait! *squee*Well done! Now Hermione has a confidant in Blaise. Good.Thank you for sharing~

letters going back and forth. excuses, explanations. frustration excitement. I will always love this old-fashioned way of communication.a letter. a written gift, something special. a medium of its own. you talk to someone who is far away, you have plenty of time to form every word, the other has plenty of time to read and re read and re read and re read. I like it.and then this special delivery: an owl tapping on your window. If these birds could talk, they would tell him: "you know what, do the trip yourself, the adressed is onyl a few meters away. why send us, you fool."she has difficult questions to answer. well, what is it all about. "Why not show the identity on time, why keep on lying.""because you are my teacher; because I didn't want to risk losing you; because I may know you, but not good enough; because no one knows where things lead to, so why should I have told you the truth. when would have been the best moment.before I fell in love I didn't care to tell you, and after I did care the world not to reveal it to you. you are unpredictable. there is no save way or right way when it comes to dealing with you. see?"I'm glad Blaise went straight at it. yes, it is good for her to have an insider here. "as if you wanted him for breakfast" well, she had him for breakfast, let's be honest.oh, I do so hope he will be of assistance to her, and no additional problem. she needs help.well, a little. hm, the hair was no clue so far. he only knows, that the only person it can come from is Grace. And he knows the more that it must be a glamour.well, and he has the definite prove that her desire and all was no fake. He needs to tell this to himself a lot. Do I see a lack of self-confidence here... just say. the snarky master isn't sure anybody could love him. well. see yourself proven wrong. You are worth it. unbelievable, but so it is.But the magazine was a clue! What did he remember???? I had all day (read chapter in the morning, write review in the evening) to plan how to hex you. I even planned to re-name my voodoo - doll. (guess what name it should get)you are not the queen of cliffhangers. you are the she-devil of cliff-hangers. just you wait!! we will seek revenge. And it will not be detention with poor self-unconfident Snape! Ha!you do this to your patients as well, just admit it."I have to tell you something. you are seriously ill.Wheter I can cure you or not I will tell you after a one week break. And after another one week break I will tell you how. and so on."you are sooooo cruel.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
You made me laugh several times with this review! You're quite right about her reasons for withholding her identity. At first, she didn't realise it was him, then she thought it wouldn't matter, and now it does, she doesn't know which way he'll jump. :)
Response from salvamea (Reviewer)
your self-portrait? eh?
Response from salvamea (Reviewer)
and proud of it, I prosume.well, you can be proud of how you have hooked us all.you know we are on your drip. And we do love your twists and turns.yes. It is a uniquely composed impossilbe set of a masquerade. When he met his deatheater club, he knew, who was behind the mask. He was the spy who knew everthing. And now he knows so little.to him, it could have been ANY womand in the wizzarding world.well, it narrows from clue to clue. but imagine, not knowing whom he had sex with. urgh. bitter experience.like waking up after a carnival - party, I guess.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Don't I look pretty in red? To my mind he knows her pretty well, just not her name. Muahahaha! ;)
So, when will Severus start to realise that his letters are being sent across the Great Hall?I so look forward to seeing how Blaise intends to help Hermione out, and how he manages it!Looking forward to seeing what happens next!
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
She's choosing the most ordinary owls she can in the hope he won't recognise them. Perhaps I should make him write on shiny green paper so it styands out when she gets it? ;)
Response from Jinxie (Reviewer)
Either the paper, or he needs to get himself his own owl... ;) But, that would only make things too easy wouldn't it? I'm surprised he didn't cue up on the fact that she said (repeatedly) that she has tor return to school... When will the other shoe drop?
okay, you have got me reading on my cellphone now. while this is a personally low for me, it tells a lot of how good the story is. though me actually taking the time to review could have told you that, if you knew how insecure i am about my use of the english language. anyhow, you have done it again, left us wanting more. and this time you cant even call it a cliffie. but i am very curious how blaise is going to fit in.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Limited Exposure)
Oh, dear, I have led you astray! Thanks for reviewing despite it all! :)
