Let's see... she knows who he really is, and he knows that she knows. He doesn't know who she is yet (although he should, daft man!), but he knows she's a witch, that she's got a distinctive tattoo, and that she's got wonderful hands...Here's my guess as to where I think this will lead... Next chapter, we see him PANIC when he realises she's a witch. Grace flees and returns to Hogwarts, where one Potions session watching her skillful fingers leads him to dig out her file and learn her birthdate. He puts two and two together with the tattoo, then double checks the file again for her parents' address, and BAM! realises it's Hermione this whole time. Awkward confrontation scene and lots of happy, alone time in the dungeons ensues.(I'm only speculating, mind you, because you write a cliffhanger like nobody's business and I have to have an ending in my mind, even if it's not correct, until I see a light at the end of the tunnel!)

Merlin on a moped woman! I cant believe she called out his real name! OMG! That's going to be an awkward conversation. Love the internal monologue from each of them. Makes it much more real. Can't flippin' believe you gave us another nightmare cliffie though. Sadist!

What a fantastic chapter, and oh what a ending. I am betting a rather large amount of money that there is no luck in hoping Severus doesn't realise that she called him by his rigth name, or that he will remember to late to confront her just yet???? I know I look forward for the next chapter, hoping the damage wont be so bad that I will want to hex his balls off:-))
