My brother's girlfriend and I were talking just the other day about how cliquish we all were in highschool and now, so many years later, none of that matters any more. Nice to see that the Hogwarts House rivalries didn't last very long.

Wonderful update, I loved it. I loved  how they all worked together, but most of all, Rons choking when hearing about their date....:-))

This chapter is quite amusing.  It was just the adjustment we needed to show that he's becoming comfortable with this new role he's developing.

Ahhhh... and they all lived happily ever after.  I do like that not only is Snape making reparations for his past, but everyone seems to have forgotten old alliances, prejudice etc.  I'm not sure that taking him to a family function will silence the questions.  It will probably just bring on a different set of questions.  The Snape of old would have put them all in their place.  With this new Snape, I don't know.  But I won't criticize him.  I kind of like him this way for a change.  Nicely done!

Who gets sore from smiling?Any one who doesn't use the right muscles enough. It takes more muscles to frown than to smile. I'm sure Snape has thought it worth the extra effort all these years!he smiled and found his face wasn’t sore, after all.There now. Just a little practice and repetition does wonders. Somehow I think there is going to be a fair amount of smiling in Snape's future.

Yes, so very peaceful.  Severus... the first name I think of when I want harmony in my home!  Cute job!

Aw... Snapie, now I know you mean to change if you're helping Neville cure his parents.  I was most intrigued by the thought that Voldemort's last "burst of energy" might have seared anew the souls of people he had tortured. 

"I can't take him to the park any more. I'm afraid I'll bring home the wrong little boy."  I laughed my a-- off at this line and quite a few others.  You made my day, sweetie!

Hey apisa_b! Great job with chapter 4! I feel so bad for Hermione that she missed out on the Royal Library. Maybe Neville can get her in at some point later.
