I have to apologize to everyone, period. Real life swallowed me whole, as I have been struggling to make a living writing original fiction over the last 8 years. It has not been easy, & has been complicated by health issues. I hope people can forgive my long silences. Trying to make enough money to live on from writing is a lot harder--waaaay harder--than it looks. (At least I didn't leave any posted fanfics unfinished.)

These stories are works of parody (& thus are allowable under US law), and are not written for profit. Just for fun. I'm not making any money off of any fanfics, nor will I ever. I'm just playing around in other writers' universes.

I do hope you enjoyed the whole thing! I would've responded a LOT sooner, but...um, yeah, the whole original-fiction writing gig thing has buried me under a mountain of fuzzy plot-bunny butts, to the point where I literally just forgot to swing by and check.Oddly enough, In Annulo is to blame, lol. I was in the middle of writing it when I got asked by a publishing house editor if she could see the advance chapters, and if I had any manuscripts in women's fiction I'd be interested in sending her way for her to look at. (omgwtfbbqsqueeeTHUD! *the sound of me collapsing in shock*...)I really do wish I had a little more time and energy for writing out another SS/HG plot bunny these days, but...well...I find I'm really enjoying this getting paid to write thing. Going from being perpetually broke and unable to get a job, to doing the one thing I love most in the world and getting paid for it? Priceless. Even if I'm buried for months on end under a mountain of rabbit rumps....Anyway, I seriously hope you enjoyed the rest of In Annulo. I still do, myself; I haven't read book 7 and probably never will. I like my version (Snape lives and gets a happy ending, yaaaay!) much better...even if it isn't "canon"...~Lotm
Great! Two chapters for the price of one! Gratuitous sex in the Headmistresses office--very nervy of Severus. So how long will it take Hermione to recall that the time-turner she once used was on a long chain? Wow, Minerva was sure pissed off. I can't imagine how badly Harry and Ron will flip out when they find out the truth. Keep the chapters coming. It's a wonderfully entertaining story!

A promising start! I like the characters you've brought into the narrative as well as the magical devices you've inserted into the fiction. Fantastic! I'll be reading the next chapter now...

This story was absolutely amazing! It's definitely one of my new favorites, from one of my favorite authors! I especially appreciated your characterization of Ron -- I feel like in a lot of SS/HG fics, he gets sidelined or dismissed as somewhat dim-witted, but I feel that your characterization has done him great justice. Thanks so much for being so awesome and writing this awesome story!

I've done something I've never done before with fanfiction... I was so close to finishing this story, but I had to go to work so I printed out the last six chapters of In Annulo and read them all at work! Thank you for a brilliant read. Oh, wow! I was totally blown away by the way you fit everything together so well. From the beggining with Russel to the reappearance of Dumbledore, making Snape the Headmaster... wow... I really enjoyed your story and it was wonderful the way you didn't leave any loose ends. Your plot was constantly turning and captivating, not becoming boring or predictable at all. I especially liked the way you managed to keep everyone in character. I was surprised at how you even let Pettigrew have his moment of recognition at the end of Voldemort. I couldn't help but laugh out loud at the bantering of names that Harry, Ron, and Hermione called him, and my heart actually sped up during the battle. You managed to convey the feelings from your story so vividly that I could feel the things you were writing.
