I have to apologize to everyone, period. Real life swallowed me whole, as I have been struggling to make a living writing original fiction over the last 8 years. It has not been easy, & has been complicated by health issues. I hope people can forgive my long silences. Trying to make enough money to live on from writing is a lot harder--waaaay harder--than it looks. (At least I didn't leave any posted fanfics unfinished.)
Anyhoo...
These stories are works of parody (& thus are allowable under US law), and are not written for profit. Just for fun. I'm not making any money off of any fanfics, nor will I ever. I'm just playing around in other writers' universes.
...I am, however, making something of a living off my own stories. (If anyone wants to play around in my universes, you may visit my website, www.jeanjohnson.net, and look up my policy on Fanfics & Fanarts. It's reasonable enough and fairly easy to follow, too...)

Stunning, brilliant, powerful, awe-inspiring, well-crafted, mesmerizing, and thoroughly entertaining. One can only hope that JKR can write an ending to the Harry Potter tale that is as satisfying as yours is. This story had me addicted from the first chapter, and forced me to pretty much put the rest of my life on hold until I finished it! Wonderful, incredible...did I mention brilliant? Thank you for sharing this magnificent story.

I started to read this story thanks to a WIKTT email and was instantly hooked! I've read this over three evenings and have spent the last two evenings trying to think of a way JK Rowling can conclude book seven in a way as unexpected and clever as your use of CPR- but in vain! I've read some of your stories before and enjoyed them but this was definitely the best yet. Thankyou so much!

You're welcome...and I think that could very easily be what she already has in mind. Frankly, Harry deserves to live. He was definitely an angsty prat in books 5 and 6, but meh...so was I, at that age! (lmao)*curtsies* ~Lotm

I haven't really managed to stop reading even to go to sleep and work... "In annulo" became fast one among my top favourite fics and I didn't want it to end. At all.
I know now that I'll probably be a bit disappointed with HP7 when it comes out, after reading your story! The handling of the Horcruxes' revelation and destruction was superb, and your ideas for the missing ones oh-of-course-what-else plausible. Twists and turns of your plot just had me reminding myself to breathe (and collapsing with laughter when you warned not to hold our breaths on a chapter!)
I wanted to write an overall review when I finished the story, and thank you for sharing a brilliantly written story with us. And, I'm off to read whatever else by you I can find. Good luck with your original fiction!

Heheh...someone actually did an even better one-shot, wherein Voldie is looking for a wand, kidnaps Ollivander to get it, and when he asks Ollivander if that wand has a "brother", Ollivander tells him it's Florian Fortescue's wand (hence explaining why Florian vanished, too)... A bit fluffy for my taste but satisfying nonetheless. It seems the nature of epilogues to be somewhat fluffy.

I finally got time to finish reading your story. Nicely done and a few surprises in the trial that I hadn't expected. Such as Albus leaving the painting..sort of "through the looking glass" in reverse. Good ending to the main body of the story. (just the epilogue to go.) It seems fitting that Albus passes on. Thanks for the fun trip through your imagination.
