Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)

Interesting. I can definately see Ron understanding Hermione's feelings before her, but I am not sure I can see him giving her up. Perhaps wisdom finally comes to the boy with the emotional range of a teaspoon. It makes more sense for Snape and Hermione to have grown into their love rather than falling into it when they were younger. The adult memories have overshadowed the school years.

I think wisdom comes to us all eventually, with maturity. I like to think that Ron grew up like Charlie and Bill, who seemed to be decent men. Thanks for reviewing :)

Ok, I cried this is a good turn and Ron's actions are very admirable, but I still like my solution too. Great chapter.

awww, its so bittersweet, isn't it? ~sighs~

Don't worry. Ron will have his happy ending too. :)

*Swallows hard* I guess this puts Ron on the list of candidates for sainthood, doesn't it? People with that level of maturity don't exist in real life, I guess...

Probably not, but then that is why we read fanfic! Mind you, it is in his best interest too, as he feels the same lack in the relationship that Hermione does, and knows there may be better things out there for him as well. :)

I like a lot about this, first of all Ron. Thank you for not making Ron a jerk. Ron should have the chance to grow as much as any other fictional chracter. second, I like it when Hermione is not a young girl when she and Severus fall in love. (if they fall in love at all)I think it's not realistic to have them in love when she is a teenager and he nearly forty. oh my. I suppose it might happen, but it's so much better for her to have some experience in living outside of school. So I wholeheartedly approve of this chapter. Thank you!

i like the idea of hermione as an evil megalomaniac. Of course, if the other option is a manipulative old goat, that might be funny. Good chapter. :)
Author's Response: Nice pompoms, rd! :)
awesome! glad that they are together now :) and i really liked how Ron has changed from the immature git that he was in the earlier chapters (when Harry was trying to exonerate Snape).

Thanks for the review! I like grown-up Ron. :)

Well, I'm glad to know he's not gay. Ron surprised the heck out of me, but that is good. They have kids together so they have to get along (no matter how hard that might be). I like that you let Hermione grow up and return to the magical world before the relationship with Snape started. If she had married Snape rather than Ron, she might have been in the same spot only it would have been Ron that made her eyes sparkle giving. I can't really see Snape playing matchmaker for a spouse, so I'm glad it worked out the way it did.

What a lovely long review! Thank you :)
You were right, Ron did make me happy. The whole thing was a bit surreal. I usually hate Ron, but his maturity was quite refreshing. I suppose after a couple of months of planning, he was used to the idea of just setting Hermione free, but it was a bit wierd to have him not have a lick of jealousy. So very unlike his younger self.Heh, heh, they were so very attracted to one another, yet so very oblivious.
Response from sunny33 (Author of Full Circle)
I was trying to show how Ron wouldn't be a jealous fool once he had matured. He can see that his relationship with Hermione is not what it could be, and that there may be someone else out there better for him too, so it is in his own interest as well to be understanding. Thanks for reviewing. :)

Love the story but I am a little confused. Did they have the passion before but were in denial or is this a recent turn for them?
Response from sunny33 (Author of Full Circle)
No, they really didn't love each other that way until recently, they were just very close friends. She needed time to grow up, and he needed time to grow as a person in freedom. Thanks for reviewing :)

Maybe she should give them back their memories so at least she can try to convince them to continue the lifestyle they have or to say goodbye. What worries me is that when she gets back to England what will she find with all her friends. I'm sure they have also moved on and as we all know you can't go home again (unless its back to Spinners End.)
