Sorry I haven't left you reviews for the past several chapters but I wanted to assure you that I am enjoying the entire story. You write very well. You dialogue is believable and natural. Severus had always been a man who rigidly maintained his self-control – his life had often depended upon it – but now, he wanted to lose himself in her, to find himself in her. In this moment, he simply wanted her, in every way, in any way, for always. Beautiful sentiments expressed in gorgeous writing. I am so enjoying this, dear!

I love your story and this chapter was just great. The conversation between Snape and Draco is very Slytherin *grins*. Hope Ron won't cause too much trouble.

Another fantastic chapter. I loved the dialogue between Everus and Draco. It was very well-written and very Slytherin. Oh--Ron! I can't believe that guy; okay, yes I can, but it still makes him a prat. I can't wait for the next chapter, though I should be somewhat sated as I got a double dose tonight.

OMG!!! Urgh! I hate Ron sometimes!!! I really hope that Charlie arriving won't change anything... Charlie always seems like he has more brains than Ron, so maybe once he has arrived he'll see how Hermione feels for Severus *crosses fingers*

Yes, it is the return of Ron the Prat. :) For some reason, Ron just has an easier time of accepting the idea of her with Charlie. Actually, probably anyone but Severus would be okay. LOL He just has to cause problems, doesn't he?
Next chapter will be up on Monday morning, and it focuses solely on our favorite couple. Taking place over several weeks, we'll see their relationship leaping forward. :)

Poor Hermione, shejust doesn't have the experiance to understand what is happening. Severus must think her obvious inexperiance is enchanting. Men are very much like hunters, if it's too easy or too 'used' they don't want to be bothered.

I think you've hit on something here. Hermione has really only been seriously involved with one other person - Ron Weasley who, as we all know, has all the subtlety of a rogue Bludger. I also think it's taking her some time to adjust to thinking of Severus in a new way - she just hasn't considered him as possible suitor before. Now that she is, she's a bit flustered by the possibilty. And you're right, I think Severus finds her reactions to be very endearing.

This may be an odd thing to pick out of a chapter, but, your line, "She found herself struggling to remember to breathe as her senses were overcome by the sheer maleness of him." ... if young men would ever manage to figure out just what this is, women would be done in! Thank goodness we have nothing to fear of the goofs that dress and act like side show attractions ... attractive they are not!
I enjoyed the tour! I love art museums, too. The 'good' stuff, not that which is akin to paint-filled balloons pitched at a canvas.

I'm not sure what Hermione got - what is 1.99? Is that a Brit ice cream treat?

Yes, a 1.99 is a British Ice Cream treat :) they used to be 99's, but then inflation happened. The name of the ice cream is the price, but it's white ice cream (American soft serve type...) on a wafer cone that ends in a point with half a flake in the ice cream. A flake is a British chocolate bar that is... well... flakey... it's long and rectangular and when you bite into it it crumbles off in your mouth. Wonderful treat.
