! Yeah, he was horrid! Hermione was in slight shock. They will get the evidence. They won't do it! They never give them the chance to actually EXPLAIN, so they hear it from someone else which will make them feel even worse. I am working on six now, I had some problems of how I wanted to word things.

, you're right. I think that under normal circumstances but they were in shock. I also think they were actually thrown off guard by the anger from their husbands. They weren't expecting to see them, much less for them to be so angry. So what kept going through Hermione and Ginnys minds were 'this is not what it looks like' because it wasn't. True, it would be over too fast without the conflict. (And to be perfectly honest, I like a bit of angst in a fic, so I have it in mine! LOL) I will go ahead and tell you now that by the time they get back to the castle they are very angry and basically end up saying fine--believe what you want. So when they guys find out, it won't be from the girls, which will make it that much worse imho.

! Here's a little insight on SS and DM!Yep, SS and DM did act like utter pricks, but it was a situation of reacting before you think. Severus was finially willing to start opening up to Hermione, and beginning to more than care for her. He was also starting to trust her which is something he has a hard time doing. Draco already had feelings for Ginny, but now he's in love with her no doubt. He and Harry have always been enemies, and in the back of his mind he wonders if Ginny doesn't still love Harry because she did for so many years. Now, they are walking down the road to go to lunch and suddenly see (what they ASSUME) is their wives, the women they have begun to care so much for, in an intimate embrace with their former flames. They are hurt and angry. Now, this is NOT an excuse for their behavior--it was very bad. It's just an explanation and a little more into why they would feel so betrayed.

Thank you for the insight. Yes, you're right. I certainly understand their jealousy but not listening to explanations is just too much. But, well, we're talking about Severus and Draco here so it's understandable. Anyway, I still would like to see them properly chastised!

Well, I really hope to see more of this soon. This story was what kept me going last week, I had a horrid school week.

! Well, think about it. That very morning both couples had just had a conversation about having a real marriage. Draco talked with Ginny about some very personal business, and Severus promised Hermione he was going to with time. Then suddenly, they walk down the street and Draco sees Ginnys face framed by Harry who is leaning in very close (and keep in mind he worries in the back of his mind that Ginny still loves Harry--shes loved him for years). Severus sees Hermione in Ron's arms and hes gently rubbing her back. A lot more than pride was hurt I say... More coming soon!

Thanks June! I love your reviews because they make me think! ;-) Well the reason they were slow is because they had to find it. ((Harry, Ron and Dean are very new)) It was not a perfect Notice Me Not, but it was still a NMN. They did hear it when nobody else did... Ginny and Hermione was in shock I think for one thng, and were basically trying to keep a fight from breaking out. They were surprised too at how upset their husbands were. ((It's gonna get worse before it gets better, but we will learn more of what the husbands are thinking in the next chapter)) Pride--it's one of those seven deadly's, ya know?
