Reviews for Snape, A History
I'm loving this more and more at every new chapter. And I love the sweetness and a bit of humour at the end. Please don't let Severus become too smooth even if he's falling in love. I'm now waiting for the next chapter.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Snape? Smooth? LOL! Just wait a few more chapters...
I'm really enjoying yoru story. Just enough angst to make it believable.Harry - boy he is so torn about his friends. That must be incredibly hard.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
It can be very difficult when your friends go off in directions you would not choose for yourself, and Harry is seeing the disintegration of his 'One Big Happy Weasley Family'. Thanks for reading.
Took him long enough. Very romantic story.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Did you expect him to move faster than that when it comes to love? With Snape, I figure any step forward is progress. Hermione's lucky that he doesn't simply turn and run. Thanks for reading.

I love this story. Snape's vulnerability combined with Hermione's self doubt makes for an interesting combo. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Thanks so much for your kind words. And I love your name! Wish I'd thought of that myself.

Thanks for reading!
He is so reluctant to open up, yet he has already made a firm decision that this is what he is going to do. You picture his advances with such great understanding of his driving forces that I take my hat off and bow...Great work, Kailin.

Thanks so much for your lovely words. Yes, getting Snape to this point is a lot of work for the poor man, isn't it?
Response from nata (Reviewer)
Definitely. But you make him charming in his hesitant resolve. ;-) I'm looking forward to more.
Sweet... Somehow I cannot like your Ron. Not that that's a bad thing, just the way I see him. Normally I <3 him, but not generally in stories where Hermione ends up with Snape. I like this story. :)
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Of course, Hermione wouldn't end up with Snape if Ron were the better choice, would she? Thanks for reading!
AHA!! Now he's getting an idea.... nice way to phrase that, but what it means remains to be seen. Good stuff, looking forward to the next chapter. Cheers!
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Thanks so much! More soon.
Fabulous! Loved it! I wonder what Ron will say, down the road, when he hears she's with Snape, and he remembers seeing Snape at her place the very night he said to go forward with the divorce???
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
I don't know... Do you think Ron will really remember the day and the circumstances? Men tend not to remember details such as that (at least, my husband doesn't!).
Response from Seekerlover (Reviewer)
Ah, well, I reckon that's up to you, isn't it? Great story, always looking forward to updates. Thanks!
Great chapter, again. It was wonderful seeing the two of them prowl around the idea of greater intimacy and decide to give it a definite maybe. Also, it was fun envisioning which Snape quotes the editors will put in display type when they lay out the magazine article .
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Ah, I wouldn't look forward too much to that magazine article, though! Thanks for reading.
every time you update I can never get over how realistic the relationship build up is. Snape's line "I don't know what to do with you" rings awfully close to home. It's nice to see a relationship with Hermione and Severus that shows that ultimate fragility of trying to build something more than just a casual aquaintence.
I'm looking forward to the next up date
Much Love,

I think that people tend to jump into relationships fairly quickly, as a general rule. And certainly with Severus and Hermione, they would never consider such a thing. They do tend to tiptoe around issues, don't they? Thanks for reading.
excellent!
sorry i fell behind.
waiting for more.

More soon. Thanks for reading!
Awwwwwwwwwww. I bet you are, Severus.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
A real softie, isn't he? Thanks for reading!
Oh, this was a very nice chapter to read. Sweet and tender, but with a hint of sensual tension. Good job and looking forward to the next addition. Cheers!
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Thanks for reading! Much more to come.
Yippee I'm up to speed with everything.
Good reading.
I bet if she reads Severus' stuff and rewrites everything the book will definitely be published. She should go to the Quibbler.
Waiting for more. p
I am LOVING this story!!!
What a great chapter. I like that they were able to talk things over. I am wondering, though, if Ron or Harry or anyone close saw the picture of Hermione with Snape. If so, what did they say about it? LOL It seems like Harry doesn't know about it, per their convo. Good work. I enjoy your writing greatly. :)
Another great chapter. I loved it very much. :) I'd missed the update this round, but I'm glad I found it. Thanks for posting. :)
Well, what other secrets does he have...good, good story!!!
Oh the society pages! Now all the hens will be clucking.
I like Hermione's parents. They seem like straightforward people. I'll be interested to see what they think of Severus when she brings him home.
“Am I too early for our appointment? I seem to have caught you in the midst of working.”
Grr. I hate it when people ask questions they already know the answer to. lol I would have snapped too.
I love this chapter, and I can't get over Snape's hair. :D
Ron's being stupid, but I can't say I'm all that upset about it... *shudders* I'll pass...
I'm just jealous of Snape's assistant. *sigh*
Nothing like Hermione with a cause!
I read this story over at SH, but I'm starting over.
This chapter just proves, in my not so humble opinion, that Hermione and Ron have nothing in common.
Now, in comes beloved Severus.
