Reviews for Snape, A History
As I said elsewhere, I do love how you write Snape/Granger (sorry to be less imaginative!). Also in this chapter, it's been amusing to get a glimpse of how an edgy Wizarding publication might operate. Perhaps Hermione should get a cutting-edge Wizarding literary agent; wonder what THAT would look like?
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Hmmm... A cutting edge Wizarding literary agent? Of course, the wizarding world strikes me as so old-fashioned in many ways that 'cutting edge' might not be that 'cutting edge' after all!
I love the slow romance between these two that you have built. I think a slow romance is probably exactly what two smart but reserved people would do. Wonderful chapter as always.

Thanks! It's always hard to resist the urge to throw them together quicker, but this is the only way I can see it happening. Thanks for reading.
IT' so sweet. I love all of this and hope they'll learn what to do with each other. Good job

They'll get the hang of it eventually. Thanks for reading!

A Snog and tea visit, works for me! hehehe! Darn it , Nora! Couldn't the tea have waited a few more moments? The wench...Good chapter, looking forward to the next. Cheers!

The world is full of Noras, isn't it? Rats...
I have neglected to pay you the reviews that this excellent story so deserves, but I did want to congratulate you on writing a featured story! I'm so excited for you!

Aw, shucks... Couldn't have done it without a good beta! Thanks so much!
Lovely story so far and I look forward to more! Thank you for writing

Thanks so much! More on the way soon.
Harry and Ron really are being jerks. Poor Hermione. She shouldn't have to defend herself so much, after all she's been through. Can't wait til the next.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Well, let's face it - anyone who deliberately decides to hang out with Snape has a fair amount of self-defense coming, right? Thanks for reading!
AWWW...the trial and tribulations of marriage. Sometimes it SUCKS!
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Absolutely! Thanks for reading.
Ron is a git! Bringing his girlfriend to the Burrow, when his divorce isn't final! And poor Hermione is acting a bit erratically. It's to be expected within the context i guess... but still, the girl needs some TLC, not the grumblings from her friend Harry. (git #2)Looking forward to the next chapter. Cheers!
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
I wanted to give Ron a girlfriend to speed the divorce along, as well as show that there really was no hope for reconciliation with Hermione. And it will take Harry a while to realize that his hatred of Snape is hurting Hermione. Thanks for reading.
can't wait til the next chapter!

It'll be up soon. Thanks for reading!
This chapter left me feeling warm and fuzzy. Very good.
Response from Kailin (Author of Snape, A History)
Warm and fuzzy is always nice, isn't it? Thanks for reading.
A very pleasant story. I am enjoying your author's notes as well, with the titles of the various essays. I look forward to an update.

Thanks so much! More will be coming soon.
A wonderful chappie!!!
A wonderful chappie!!!
I have just plowed through all 9 chapters in rather quick succession. A delightful read. The worst thing about WIPs is that now I will have to wait for more :)
I've come to find over time that the most believeble post-Voldemort Snape is the world-weary, somewhat tinged with bitterness yet resigned to fate, Snape that you've evoked here. Snape strikes me as a man who "gets on with things" without wasting much time on what-ifs. Looking forward to reading more.
I love that she went to him like this. It's almost like a budding friendship, which I think they both need. I can understand Harry's feelings as well. Things can only get better. Good writing.
Good chapter, again. What will she dig up while using this method of interview? Hmm... this might get really interesting. Next chapter soon? :)
good chapter. thank you as well as others who make a contribution to these stories.
This is a wonderful story and i am enjoying reading it very much!
I'm very happy that her parents are being so understanding. And I like Harry here, even if he's hard on Snape. That's understandable. Teehee.
I like that he went back and helped her out. The story's coming along nicely. :)
I think the talk between the two went well, and it's sad to see her hurting, but sometimes it just happens--growing apart. At least they're remaining friendly about it, and I like that Ron's not been off cheating and such, just trying to rebuild his life.
I enjoyed her meeting with Snape and meeting his assitant. Life isn't being pleasant to him, and I like that Hermione used that as a way to sway him to help her.
I like the characterizations here in this story. I also like that the Weasleys are still good to Hermione. Some stories have them turning against her when they split. :)
