Reviews for No Loyalty in the Moonlight

I wonder if Harry is aware of Ron's presence?
another brilliant chapter

*twirls quill seriously* *touches heart*
what's with the ring getting bigger? who is it going to fit now, Hagrid?? LOL headmaster Hagrid * shame on me* had to lighten the mood !
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*laughs!* Unfortunately, Minerva'd gotten so frail that "bigger" means it can fit just about anyone. Little nod to Cinderella here, in a way...
The little ghost almost seems to signify Hermione's lost innocence
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*solemn bow* It seems my story is in good hands, in yours...~ Ari
oh dear, they just keep falling deeper into the darkness
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
Indeed they do... and yet...*smiles enigmatically*~ Ari
slowly, slowly, the understanding builds
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*satisfied smile* Severus never does anything quickly, does he? And Hermione, poor Hermione, never seems to do much at all... and yet... *smiles enigmatically*~ Ari
So she will be Severus' cause, makes a change doesn't it?
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
That it does,
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
, that it does. Rather a change, indeed!~ Ari
Now he has taken an irreversible step, but hopefully it will work out for the best.
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
He has, rather, hasn't he? It will work out - never fear - but I think the definition of "best" is rather... hm... undefined, as yet.Thank you for taking the time between chapters to drop me a line!~ Ari
I wonder whaqt the significance of the dragon is? This story is written in such an other-worldly way, the atmosphere is misty and cool with brief flashes of clarity and warmth.
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
Oooh,
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
... I love your way of expressing this... *hugs you* I'm humbly grateful to know that the words affect you so...~ Ari
I agree with Sinbad, layers, lots of 'em, like an onion.
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*smiles* Thrilled to hear it... layers are really fun to play with...~ Ari
It seems like the old Hermione is locked inside trying to get out her ? self -imposed prison.
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
Wow, you're good... *touches heart* Very much so... as you'll learn in later chapters! Thank you so much!~ Ari
arrgghh the suspense is killing me!
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*laughs* Should I apologize? Hm... no, no, I don't think I will... I'll just say, "Thank you!"~ Ari
So she made a horcrux, did she remove Voldemort's bit of soul from Harry and if so, is she "looking after" it or is it somewhere else? maybe in Slughorn
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
She did drive Voldemort's soul out of Harry by making a Horcrux... but no, Voldemort's soul is gone now. The problems she's facing are of her own creation... I like your thinking on this, though - it's all still terribly murky, isn't it?Cheers,~ Ari
ok she didn't kill Harry but she sure feels guilty about something
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*nods* Two decades' worth of guilt will change a person... for the angrier... poor Hermione... Thanks for taking the time to review! :) ~ Ari
He is the only one who can help her, he has been there and survived
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*nods sadly* Yes indeed. He has, and he can. *smiles* ~ Ari
she killed voldemort, did she have to kill Harry too? beautifully written!
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
Thank you! ~ Ari
so sad , yet so evocative
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
*nods* Thank you... these early chapters felt very dream-like in the writing of them, and set the tone for later ones. So happy to hear that the atmosphere & ideas work for you :)Cheers,~ Ari
I read all twenty-five chapters in one sitting and I want more. I love the story's flow and tention and I can only guess at all the hard work you put into it.
Another great chapter. I suspect whaen the story is done all the pieces will make perfect sense.
Some things never change and Harry dislike for Severus seems to be in that catagory.
Hermione didn't split Minerva's soul it appears, so why the need to flee?
Response from Ariadne AWS (Author of No Loyalty in the Moonlight)
You're right; she didn't - but she was about to. The Imperio was unfortunate... and unfortunately necessary. He had to get her away from it - or force her to get herself away from it - because who knows what she might've done?
