So close... and yet so entirely not close enough! Thanks (I think) for stringing us along yet another week. ;) I'm looking forward to the "reveal". (It will happen before our Christmas, right???) Just teasing. Merlin knows you're asking for it! ;)hm88

Hee! It seems to me that our Severus is half trying to get himself caught before he has to meet Hermione face to face. This chapter has an air of him trying to make sure that if she's going to take offence because it's him, he'd rather she did it at a distance.
I can't wait to read of their meeting and see what her reaction is!
Loving this story!

It's nice to see the relationship between Draco and Severus has survived the war and their separation, it must have felt so good to reconnect.
Yes Hermione, that is a question we would all like answered.

I wonder how Draco will react?
Severus felt that his revelations would be easier if made in person and, therefore, was at an impasse. He decided to act manly and ignore the problem for the moment.
Pfft!
Well, he's serious about returning, isn't he? Nice to see him warmly received...eventually! Lucius' crush was hysterical. Nice touch!
Well now Draco knows Severus is alive I hope Hermione is next. Her questions are getting more personal, and he will have to answer her or tell her he can no longer corespond with her, that would be sad.

I will be interested to see how he gets out of that one. I wonder how Hermione will find out his identity. Perhaps the eager puppy will spill the beans. :)

Hah! Let's see if Severus can wriggle his way out of these questions. I am glad Draco had a good visit with him. Thank yuo for updating!

No wriggling about, Zelko! They will meet in person soon, shortly after Christmas. Thank you for your review!

I can only imagine how Draco must feel sitting on the knowledge that he knows Zelko=Snape. It was nice to see Draco and Severus reconnect. Now that he's revealed himself to the whole Malfoy family, how much longer until he just comes out of hiding?

Relationships of all types do need nurturing - especially ones of the heart. I'm pleased to see that Hermione has grown to understand that - it's obvious that she just hasn't met the one that will make her put a relationship before work. Hmm, let's see how she fares with 'Zelko'. It's his move now.
Still wishing this were completely posted. This story brightens my day.

I am glad my story brings you joy, thank you. It is finished and completely posted soon, the next chapter is in queue and then there are two more plus an epilogue.

Draco's comment about Hermione being a Ravenclaw at heart is so Slytherin, and yet so very true.I'm looking forward to the next chapters - and to Hermione's reaction to Zelko's identity.

Well.... ARE they at a point in their relationship where such questions become important??? (I hope so.) ;)Thank you for posting!hm88

I guess they are. I imagine Hermione thinking about him during her day, what to write, what to discuss. And having the orderly mind she posesses I think she would want that base covered before allowing herself to fall too hard. Her earlier question about his age follows the same line, though less seriously.

I think you have gotten the correspondence voices of Severus and Hermione just right.

So two nods to Rickman--Col. Brandon and the scarf (tho' I don't know if the scarf was intentional--Rickman seems to collect and wear them as he leaves his stage shows).Lovely bit but now I am out of chapters which is boo. I will have to wait (but I am sure for not too long). You are doing such a wonderful job. Thank you.

I finally realized why I like this story so much: it's told from Snape's POV. So few are. I wish many more were.
Glad there is another chapter for me to see L's reaction. And loved the reunion between Severus and Narcissa.
Golly gee wiz I wonder who might end up with that scarf. (Oh and I now want to vacation where Severus was) Still going strong.
Without you putting the note at the end about chemistry folk cringing I would have continued to think how clever and well-researched you are. Well I still think the story is quite clever. (I was a fan of Nadia as well)
The blinking icon of his e-mails reminded him of an eleven-year-old, jumping up and down in her seat with her hand high up in the air. THAT was a FABULOUS line! Well done.
Aww, the big ole softie. He obviously needs someone to watch meteor showers with.
Going strong!
Mmmm a cooking Snape. Dreamy.
Glad you decided to write more!
