Who needs a freeking ball anyway. Realy, the only main advantage is that you are pretty sure were most every one else is, so that Severus and Hermione can have wild monkey sex anywhere they want. the ball is the perfect ruse so that people who are exibitionist in tendency, can skirt the edges of safety and have sex in places you could be caught but propaby won't be..
