I am probably wrong (and in the minority here) but I don't think that Hermione is the girl with the gryphon tattoo.  I immediately thought of Lavender Brown! Can't wait to see what happens next!

i so enjoyed the second sorting of severus snape!  delightful.  i loved the whole, i told you so scene with the sorting hat.  and it was mind-boggling watching him having polite conversation with the gryffindors.  i really enjoyed it.  :D
