I admit that I have only been a lurker and never a reviewer, but I have to say thus far this has been an incredible story. I absolutely LOVE how you have gotten Hermione and Severus together...as the result of a decimated wizarding world...and how they have gradually become the center of each other's lives.Excellent story! I'm looking forward to your next update (and to see how the 'house cleaning' works out!)

Wow, what a great start.The scenario at the beginnng is a nightmare but you have done it so well.Like the way you portray the characters and Severus' and Hermiones mutual respect.

Good for Hermione!  She made quick work of her seventh year N.E.W.T. level Charms class.  Being Syltherin, Astoria may decide to test our Charms Professor again, but I'm sure she is no match for Hermione.  Besides Astoria has lost the ability to affect what her class mates think and do... now it's all Hermione!What can I say about Severus' newly found husbanding skills?  He has become a master at tending his wife, and she is his.  His use of Legilimancy to find out just what Hermione wanted for her fantasy was a brilliant idea.  This way he could make certain that he gave her exactly what she wanted – praise and encouragement for her magical abilities AND SOME VERY GOOD, TAILORED-JUST-FOR-HER LOVING!The poem he read to her was beautiful and said all the things he wanted to tell her but lacked the words.  This just goes to prove what all of us SSHG shippers have known all along... that with the right woman, the "bat of the dungeons" would be a knight in shining armor, a magnificent and faithful husband, and a lover extraordinaire.!!!Love this chapter!Beth

Whew, Hermione thinks sex is satisfying, so gald she can get past her mother's notions.  Did I tell you how much I liked the name Astoria, sounds like the perfect... you know what I mean. Think I will buy stock in the tissue industry, you keep making me cry.  I really like how you allowed  Severus to use his occulmency skills, wouldn't it be nice if all attached men had this skill.  I give you a 10 for such a tender ravishing of Hermione.

Oh my, if had been able to, I had made sure that Slytherin had won the Housecup for the next forthy or fifthy years or so, due to the amount of points I want to grant Severus:-)))This was such a hot and beautiful chapter! I hope you will let them both remember what was said and done this nigth if doubt and unsecurity cross their path again. Severus did one hell of a job as the husband:-))

Severus is doing a fantastic job "husbanding" his wife. Each of his ideas have been very thoughful. This last, with the Veritaserum, should leave no doubt in her mind that Severus is telling the truth. Hermione has gotten herself together teaching. Her demonstration sounds like it was very impressive.

Well I think the Veritaserum has done the trick, I dont think they will doubt each other again any time soon. Hermione is back and Severus is the man we know he could be if he had the right women. I think its time for Hermione to go see Rosie again for some fun things to tempt him with. The love and the want to satisfy each other was outstanding in this chapter. Looking forward to the next adventure for them.

Oh, this is delightful!I forgot to say after the last chapter how smart it was that you had Rita Skeeter's article based on real interviews with people who had seen them together and recognized the bond and attraction, and not just because she was manufacturing trouble.  It validates what we see happening between them, even if it wasn't true (yet).Another wonderful chapter!
