Sounds like Hermione's happiness is nearly complete except for her parents.  I only hope they'll come around eventually in future.   It's just sad.  Good thing Eileen is there.  I'm surprised at their choice of housing. Thought that Severus would prefer having a standalone house where he could set up a proper lab, via Spinners End or a new property.  I love Eileen's cottage in Cornwall.

Hermione and their child are the only things justifying the outrageous suffering JKR put Severus through in DH. You've made everything right.  Btw, who sent Fawkes over to Snape at the end?  Was it Dumbls, as it was the very least the man could have done for his most loyal soldier?  This reader is just grateful that you've made perfect sense out of Snape's awful muddled messy, "end."

So, all's well that ends well... much better ending than the actual DH... I really cannot see Hermione and Ron together (nor Hermione and Harry, for that matter). And of course Snape would be twisted around his daughter's little finger, big bully that he is. Having been daddy's little girl all her life she probably needs to be a little crossed in love (as Jane Austen puts it) before she gets her own Prince!

A MUCH better version of the epilogue. I would love to see a one-shot from you regarding Abigail and Teddy. Do they make it? And what hell does Severus put Teddy through for all the years of leading Abigail on?

The epilogue was great, just as the whole story. I loved the way Severus looked at his children, you could feel how much he had changed since his marriage to Hermione.I can't wait for you to update your other fic (Draco/Luna) because I need my daily dose of smut, and they are just too cute!

I like how you mixed the real epilogue into this story. This way I can think that this was the real reason Hermione was with Ron in the epilogue. :)

I didn't get to review last chapter (or was it too) but the touch of Snape angst was nice.  Enjoyed the story.

Great chapter - I am so glad his Mom stepped in because Severus was mucking things up badly. The binding by his part was a great touch - cannot wait for the last chapter.
