My, he's a nasty piece of work! Ron's resentful too, but I suspect Luna will help him work out the different kinds of love. I'm hoping to see Oliver again next chapter, though... he's delicious!

LOL! Thanks GG! Well, as I've said before, remember, Snape not only had to marry some one that he DOES NOT like, but it's HER fault he had to do it. He was just sitting at dinner when suddenly he received a Ministry letter informing him he had to get married. Also remember, at this point in his life, he didn't even want to get married in the first place. I could see him being mean. I would! LOLYep, our dear Ollie will be up next!

grrrr...I want to choke Severus. At least Hermine had the courage to mention feeling the connection. I hope she doesn't give up on him. Ron is so confused, angry one minute and then acting possesive the next. I think that even though he has been the loudest complainer that his relationship with Luna will be the first to realize happiness. I think the one person I really feel sorry for is Ginny. I think she has loved/hero worshipped Harry for so long that she is really broken hearted over this. Harry is angry, yes, but I think he is more upset about losing what he perceived to be the perfect family life. So many questions I want answered! Once again I will be anxiously waiting for the next chapter. =D

LOL Thanks Gem! He doesn't want to feel it. He doesn't like her, doesn't want to be married to her. Really, he doesn't want to be married to anyone.Ron is confused. He's having feelings for Luna, but thinks he's in love with Hermione. And the connection threw him for a loop.Ginny is having a very hard time. She feels extremely guilty. You're right about Harry.More up soon!

I just want to smack both wizards in the head! Aiiiiiieeeeee!!! I imagine that Ron may mellow toward Luna now that they've become intimate -- good for her with the old roll and flip (and he returned the favor nicely)! However, Snape is sure to be a right bastard for the long haul. Sigh. I just hope he doesn't waste his morning...gift every day. And I sincerely hope Hermione kicks some snarky arse at some point! I really enjoyed all the developments in this chapter -- thank you so much, O Hidden Author!

ugh! Why does Sev. have to be such a git! At least Ron finally admitted something - saying he knew the charm wouldn't pick him for Hemrione and then feeling the bonding. I'm going to hold out hope for the happy ending. LOL I just can't believe that Sev will not be affected for an entire year with Hemrione sharing his bed. Damn that man sometimes. lol

Thanks charmed! LOL I know that I have made Ron childish in this fic, and I agree that he is. But I honestly think he has a right to be very upset.Not only does he have to marry someone that he does not love, he finds out that the person he does love also has to marry someone because of a charm SHE researched and then willingly performed. Not to mention, she researched it because HIS WIFE goaded her to do so. (Even though that was the wine.) I dunno, if it was me, I would have a very hard time too.Now, I do agree his is being very childish about the whole thing, it has to be done, so do it! ;-)

Oliver was very sweet in this. He is showing real maturity and sensitivity toward Ginny. I’m really glad to see that. Poor Ginny, she will just have to get over Harry now won’t she?

And Ron, what a git!

Thanks Bea! Yeah, he doesn't want her at all at this point, but there is definitely a click! Oliver just decided there is nothing to be done, so mine as well make the best of it--it's only a year after all! ;-)Ron is very upset, and I think of the three men that had to get married, had the most to loose. He didn't only have to get married to someone he absolutely did not want to, he had to watch the woman he actually loves marry someone else because of a charm she willingly performed. I do think he has cause to be extremely upset. I would be. :)

Excellent! I loved every minute of this chapter...and the wine explains why Luna was so out of character. I think you did a good job of keeping everyone close to their canon characters, which is no mean feat considering the storyline.

I like this! I have a hard time thinking Luna would be so deceptive, and I can't see Ginny fainting...however, I loved it...I loved the dinner at the Malfoy's. I can absolutely see Ron and Harry doing adventurous vacations post-Battle...and Oliver Wood being a cocky Quidditch player...love it!

Ok, having Ron and Luna land in Azkaban (and her being so sanguine about it) was a fantastic touch!

I love how you handled Ginny with Oliver. Snape... well, I do hope he comes around. Righteous anger is well and good, but what'll he do next?

Thank you so much for the update, a very well written chapter, I think you handled this quite nicely. Severus and Hermione got as well as expected, though I would hope that Severus would stop living in the past. He did love Lily, but he has fallen into the trap of making someone who has died into some sort of saint. Lily didn't love him that way and that would at some point have killed his feelings too. She also chosed one of his greatest anemies, that should also give him a clue that he and Lily was not ment to be, ever, and it is about time he started living for himself, not for a memory of what migth have been. I don't think he is ready to fall in love with Hermione just yet, but mabe he should start to care more about himself?I have more hopes for Ginny and Oliver, it might be a while before they will admit to love, but at least they aknowlegde the attraction and agree on make the best of the situation. Poor Luna, I do feel sorry for her, but I admire her too. Most other girls would have been hartbrooken by this experience; finally married to the one you have loved for years, him telling her that he in no way is attracted to her, and then he stays away long enough to get them landed in jail for not consumating the marriage. Ron should listen to George, and start thinking about what he really wants in life in stead of what he thinks he wants or might be able to change into what he wants. Hopefully he will start using his brain soon, before he hurts Luna to much. Update again soon, I love this story!!!!

Thanks so much! I am glad you enjoyed it! He will have to stop eventually... Remember, on top of that love (in my opinion, anyway) is guilt, but soon enough he would have to let go of it. Ginny and Oliver will also have a bump or two...Luna is taking it in stride, trying to let Ron get over his hurt and anger. Ron will have to get over Hermione, which will be hard, because after all, he does love her.

lol it figures Ron never could keep up with anything without someone there to keep him on track. And at least Ginny got hers, where as poor Hermione didn't . Ginny's relationship will work faster I think. Hermione's I believe is going to take a little longer. Get a clue Severus geez.

Thanks! Well, you have to remember that Ron really and truly loves Hermione, and he is very hurt by all of this. Not only did Hermione decide to actually do the charm, but then he finds out he HAD to marry Luna, no matter how he feels about it. If it were me, I would be fighting it too.Oh Severus is livid. He doesn't even like Hermione at this point, and he never has. Besides that, he never wanted to get married either! ;-)
