I'm a 26-year-old Accounts Payable manager for a construction company. Basically, I'm paid to write checks and intimidate the menfolk around here. I live with my boyfriend and our dog. I wasn't sucked into the HP fandom until just after the release of HBP. So, I'm a newbie compared to most of the fans out there. I've written in several other fandoms (under different pennames) - Anita Blake, Buffy, X-Files, etc.

Well this is certainly a take on the SS/HG ship I haven't seen before. I like it! Snape can be so snarky and so damn sexy at the same time. *sigh* Like most of your readers I'm sure, I can't wait for the next chapter!

Anything with Snape requires AC or some sort of cooling machine such as a fan. ;-)

I'm such a slacker when it comes to these sorts of things. If I tried to write a book, I'd never finish it. I care barely finish a chaptered fic without getting distracted by shiny objects. :-)

I know what you mean. I have parts of a 15 chapter fic done, but I just can't get motivated to write all the boring in-between chapters. Sometimes I feel that all my characters are staring down at me from the top of my desk - yawning and playing exploding snap!
Beautiful tension, and *surely* some reality-based sex is going to happen between them soon, pretty please?

OH I wish someone would draw a picture of that scene..
I'm wondering if Snape will add in a few words to her manuscript about how it feels to the man when he is inside the woman - and if that will completely send Hermione over the edge into lustland.It seems Snape's intention started out as wanting to distract Hermione from her memories - and it is working - but it seems as if he may get more than he bargained for. Then what will he choose? Take it or run?I love the way you write Hermione's embarrassment. It is so real to want to both crave to see and dread to see the same person.Thank you for your story.

Unfortunately, the comments he writes in the margins won't be included, but I hope the next chapter and the last one will make up for that fact. A heart-to-heart is coming up in which Hermione (and Snape!) lay their cards on the table.

I'm really enjoying the story within the story Gryffindor subtle hints Hermione is giving. Really helps build tension when Sebastian and Haley are getting mutual physical relief when Hermione and Severus are not.

Glad you're enjoying it! I like writing Hermione because she's just so brash when it comes to hinting about something. It's like she's hitting Snape on the head with a frying pan. :-)
Oddly enough, I can't decide who I'd rather be at the moment. Hermione or Haley?
An awsome story so far! I love every bit of it! Especially the comparison of the characters in Hermione's writing to Hermione and Severus. Although I've seen the comparison thing many a times, I never ever tire of it!
