My guess is Molly, with or without Arthur.  She is a strong woman and has a wicked streak if someone is making one of her children's life unhappy.  Remember fourth year!

Things were going so well!  I can only think of one or two people who would kidnap her like that and neither are good options.  I hope Severus can find her soon.  All I can say is when Severus, Draco and Harry catch up with whoever it is (my best guess is Ron) I certainly feel sorry for what they'll do to him!  Not that he doesn't have it coming!

Hermione has been through a lot. I'm wondering whether she shouldn't  show more signs of some kind of trauma, like sexual activity triggering memories of rape or a certain hand movement making her flinch, as if she expects to be hit.

are the lemons going to start fall off the lemon tree in the next few chapters

Their relationship is moving on rather nicely.  I love his jealousy at her being monopolized slightly there by Draco and Harry.  I'm looking forward to more.I do feel bad though that she continues to feel that her repuation has been marred by her marriage with Ron.  I hope she one day realizes that it's Ron whose name is mud.

That Severus is a sneaky one and love it, clever and sneaky.. very funny but good  chapter.
