Such a sweet ending, especially because of the sad twist. I really like that Severus is allowed a romance without turning too fluffy. It is a very difficult balance, and you did it superbly. I'm looking forward to reading more from you, both original, published fiction and the fanfictions you find time for.All the best in your endeavours!

Well, I laughed, I cried, I raged at a stupid law and the people who just want to live near each other and be happy. I didn't think I'd stick with this one, but I couldn't help but come back and see how they got along. Thanks for a great story.

This chapter was like a roller coaster ride I laughed I cried But most important I felt the love.   I'm so glad you have reposted this story it is one of the best I have read.  Looking forward to what ever you will write.

Lovely chapter, lovely story. Having been in Hermione's situation myself some years ago, I must say that the way you drew the scene emotionally was so accurate. Waiting for the epilogue, but sad that this story is ending.

I don't remember a single thing that happens in the epilogue, but this scene at St. Mungo's is one that has stayed with me since the first time I read it. 

You've handled a delicate subject very well, and the way Hermione (and probably Severus) is feeling is spot on.  It is such a relief that she doesn't turn him away, because even if she didn't realize it, she needed him to share in her grief.  And the way he explains his change of heart about children and life in general was perfect.

What I love the most, perhaps, is the sense of relief, and freedom, and hope that springs amidst such a desolate situation.  Well, that, and the way he proposes.  Best one ever.

I will be sad to see this come to a close. It has been a terribly fun ride.

Oh dear, I'd smack Hermione, but I remember pregnancy. Guess that isn't going to be a problem much longer, poor thing.

Wow, Sev went about that all wrong. Hooray for Lance! 

Oh...! That was heart-wrenching and lovely all at once. I hope the epilogue sees them happy, with a huge brood of children, but personally I'd be happy to see it end here, so full of hope.

Every bit as gut-wrenching and spirit lifting as I remembered!  I was sad that they lost their baby, but there will be more children for these two incredible people to love and raise and love some more.

The scene in St Mungo's when Severus told Hermione how she had changed his life and his desires made me teary eyed.  I can't wait to enjoy the epilogue... I don't recall every little detail about it, but I do remember that it was everything I could have wished for!

How heartbreaking to have lost the baby, but how wonderful to see Severus finally start to open up, to embrace rather than repress his emotions. Lovely scene between the two of them.

Every bit as beautiful, bittersweet and nerve-wracking as I remembered.  So well handled and such a beautiful proposal.  He chose his words very well, indeed.
