Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)

Finally got around to reading this chapter -- it was FUN. I liked how they were trying SO hard to be "good," but failed. I'm pretty sure part of Hermione's plan is to ask some advice from Minnie. :) Yay for kindred spirits!

Another wonderful instalment. My heart swells for Blaise, bless him. Love the unplanned revelation and am looking forward to Hermione explaining that one. And of course Severus explaining his, well, running away rather sums it up. Very much looking forward to the next chapter!

I can't believe I missed this chapter when it was first posted! I'll use the 'flu I had the second week of the New Year as an excuse for not noticing that it was up. I only discovered it when I went back to read the reviews and see if there were any clues as to when you would post another chapter. And, of course, that means a shorter wait for me for the next chapter!And look at how nicely Severus cooperated with Minerva about the party. He, 1. accompanied her to the Burrow on New Year's Eve, 2. behaved with civility, 3. tried to enjoy himself, and 4. didn't suddenly find an excuse to leave before midnight. Yay, Severus!What? Well, he did behave himself!

I love your runes you chose for him giving to her.But we can but hope that their Merkstaves will not kick in.I just read the most dreadfull negative dark meanings of these.I happen to own a rune myself. Bought it a year or so ago.Mine is called: Jera. In my case, the Merkstave seem to have kicked in.hence the fear for our two treasured ones.oh and just what I wished for: a short but happy ending at new years eve!! Thank you so much!I definitely do like it!The easiest way to make things clear to the public. unwanted, unplanned, un-anything. Oh, I'll bet she was upset. It's one thing to show artwork in public - another to show it in a mercantile gallery. Sidney/Snape should have checked that out beforehand. But Hermione wouldn't have know he didn't want them sold, only that they were sold. But the real question is - who bought them? I have my suspicions....

Well, in fact, they both knew at the beginning the paintings would be for sale. That was why they were exhibited. But they'd been so caught up with their relationship they'd clean forgot about that side of things. Severus realised with a thud when the letter came that doesn't want anyone else having the paintings of his girl's bits, but it hadn't occurred to him in all his angsty self-denial to tell Standish not to sell the more intimate ones. Hermione is more peeved that he didn't tell her they'd sold than the fact they were sold. She's a practical chick. Of course, she doesn't know he'd only just found out himself... :D
Uhoh! Hope he catches her soon. I can see how that would be upsetting, to both of them, like selling off peices of oneself. Poor Blaise too- you had better invent him a nice girl right now!
