Cute chapter.  It sounds like Hermione and Severus need to talk a bit more, but their getting somewhere.  I'm glad Severus is being so sensible about having been out of things for so long, and even taking the time to think about things.  I'm excited to see what happens with Harry and Neville.  Looking forward to the next chapter!

Well luv, as any mom can tell you (I'm a mom three times over,) you're going to be running out of time very soon, so get cracking while you can! Is your whole story at least outlined? Is it on Word or someplace a Beta can access to proofread and post for you, if necessary?  December's hectic as it is, so do as much as you can before the rush. Between baby and holiday, your time's going to be limited. And until that little one is about 6 months old, writing is a pain! Don't know if you've tried it before, but believe me, typing with one hand and juggling a baby with the other (Especially if you're breastfeeding) isn't easy! But best of luck to you with everything!

First, congratulations on the successful move and on the upcoming delivery!    And second, thanks for another great chapter to this story!  I'm anxious to discover just what exactly Severus is plotting, and how he intends to utilize Harry and Neville for it.  I was also glad to see Hermione stand up to him and remind him that she and her friends aren't the children he remembers from his past anymore.  If their relationship is to succeed, he can't keep seeing her as anything less than equal to him, even if it is only a knee-jerk reaction to stressful situations.  Thanks for updating!

At first I felt that his desire for immediate physical affection was a bit out of character, but since he has shared her dreams over all this time, I decided that he had plenty of time to get used to the idea.

And since he has kissed her in their dreams, it make sense that he would want to see how it felt for real.

I've always loved Neville.  Watching him come into his own was one of the true joys of the series, even more than Harry, because Harry was the focal point.

I love that their reunion was completely angst free.  Not that angst is a bad thing at all, but it is nice sometimes to just enjoy some sweet, tame romance.  Looking forward to more.
