I know, I wrote elsewhere that I didn't want to question anything and just let them (& us) enjoy them just 'being'... but, I have a strange feeling about the revelation scene and I feel like it's going to utterly devastate Ginny... three more chapters are finished and queued up, yes? OK, just must check everyday for the next chapter... disgruntled but happy and eagerly awaiting - ...

Way to go Severus! You choose NOT to ruin the moment and actually expressed yourself perfectly. It seems you can teach an old dog new tricks. I wonder how much Ginny's subconscience has been working on Alfric. I mean she recognized that his body didnt match what she knew about him when she first saw him. Probably she is distracted will all the sexxors. I would be. Also this is a SHORT chapter young lady....

I am certainly interested to see what happens when they meet.  It seems like it is something that they both need, to get out of the house and spend time with someone who isn't going to cause any drama.  Yet, anyway. 

Poor, Snape.  Nothing ever goes his way, and it seems that this story will not be the exception.  At least not for now.  I can be hopeful from the title though, right?

Juggling family and career is never easy, and the way Ginny feels is spot on.  You can't blame either her or Harry for wanting to pursue careers as well as have a family, but they are just going to have to keep the lines of communication open and be willing to compromise.  Except, why do I have the feeling that is not how it is going to go at all?  *is nervous*

I am throughly intrigued.  It is rare that Minerva is the one who finds Severus and saves him, and I don't believe I have ever seen the house-elves involved.  I would say more, but I'd rather just go on to the next chapter and see where we go from here.

I unfortunately think she is going to think this is revenge for the Potters influence in his life.

ooh, this is getting interesting!  I can't wait to see what happens next.  I feel sorry for Harry and really, I know he was sort of absentee on some important things but Ginny wasn't very reasonable.  I hope if their marriage ends that he finds someone else because I don't think he deserves this situation.

oh my goodness.  Well, this is fun!  I can't wait to see how Snape will deal with either revealing his identity or continuing with this invented one.

Oh dear hate to see them at odds again in the future.  But there is no getting around it.  Hope they don;t kill eachother.  Excellent chapter.

Could you hear all the HP/HG shippers scream when you wrote this: there was a distinct moment of sexual tension between him and Hermione ? I have always thought that there must have been a lot of comfort sex going on in that tent. But I digress. Harry is off to find the truth. I just wish he and Gin would end their marriage and stop torturing each other.

My husband didn't realize what his absenses did to me either.  Luckily, we worked through it, and there were no Snapes... but he didn't understand why I was so angry.  I understand Ginny very well here.

oh dear!  That is scary.  I look forward to reading more.  It's a shame Harry and Ginny can't just have the day to relax as hoped.  Now they'll worry about infection.

Hmm, I'm a mite confused.  This occurs several days after the quidditch game but I thought her quick quotes quill recorded that she apparated away with Severus Snape and that Harry read the entry.  Shouldn't she have known who Alfric was as soon as she worked on her notes from the game for her article and I can't see Harry not confronting her about a supposedly long-dead Severus Snape attending a game with her.

On the good side, with Ginny's abrupt departure, Severus doesn't have to to worry about the polyjuice wearing off in the middle of things.  Talk about coitus interuptus...Enjoyable chapter, reread it to be up to date for the one just posted (when you read so many unfinished pieces, it's sometimes hard to keep track of who did what to whom, where and when, and sometimes how many times)

omg.  How exciting!  I hope Snape is right!

Good chapter, looking forward to more.  Love the descriptions of Severus and his love and excitment in preparing the potion ingredients.

What angst at the end - just when Ginny's calmed down enough to let him touch her again, to be open to comforting each other in this time of great distress... thanks for such a (great, torturous) cliff-hanger to see what Harry'll do =)

But Harry had wanted to forge his own career through his own hard work and achievements, not live off the back of the tale by which he was most well-known./\I really like this. You are keeping the characters consistent, even years down the road. Very fluid writing. Keep up the good work!
