Reviews for Quicksilver
Wow. You can just feel the tension between Slytherin Severus and harridan Hermione. Just when I was beginning to think someone is trying to frame Team Mercury, you put a twist to the end. I'll have to wonder until the next chapter. Nicely done.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you for the review! We will be glad to see you for the next chapter.
Hey, Blue Artemis! You'vve done an excellent job continuing this very fun story line! I was happy to see Severus & Lucius actually kind of admitting they're behind it all. I can't wait to see what happens next! Much Love ~ Brena.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thanks, Brena! I appreciate the kind review!
Cute tale. (tail?) Somehow I doubt that it is all as simple as it seems. Good job on the second chapter.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you very much!
I loved the interplay between Severus and Hermione. Oh, yes... Can I have the blue-spotted kitten if she doesn't?
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Certainly! Thank you for the review!
Sounds like more Slytherin deviltry is afoot.Let the games begin... or rather, continue.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
But of course! Thanks for the review!
Could it possibly be... Severus? *Crosses fingers*
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Ahh, I suppose now I can say yes with finality. He is the sneaky sort, isn't he?
Sneaky, sneaky! But will she think them so clever when she finds out?
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
We shall see! Thanks for the review!
Nice job, Blue! *applauds*
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
*looks around, then takes a bow*. Thank you!
oh god, severus with a kneazle on his shoulder and a kitten, that image nearly killed me i was laughing so hard!!! love this! can't wait for the next chapter. great job!!!
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you so much for the lovely review!
OOOOH, how very slytherin indeed. But they are no match for our leading lady... I hope.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thanks so much for the review!
I will be sticking with this story. Looks to me that the Malfoys and Snape are certainly up to no good. Good luck to Hermione!
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Wonderful! That is lovely news. Thanks for the review!
What fun! So it sounds like Severus and Lucius are behind the antics after all. I look forward to seeing how they get Hermione next time. Good luck, JoAnne
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thanks for the review!
Good chapter. I love the banter between Severus and Hermione.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you!
So they are behind it all. But I think they are trying to win more than Quidditch...
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Keep reading to find out! Thanks for the review!
Oh, Blue, I really liked this chapter. I lurve the way you described Severus' voice. And I especially liked the playfulness between Hermione and Severus within the chapter. Very nice, indeed.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thanks so much, stef! I was a bit worried, following your excellent beginning. Thanks for the review!
Well, thank goodness she's divested herself of Ron! Now why do I think that Lucius is playing at sabotaging the Quidditch teams, but Severus is more about playing with Hermione? It's a game of wills and Slytherin tactics. What's a poor Gryffindor to do?
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thanks for the review! We shall have to see where it goes!
Gah, Ron begging for tickets! Laughable that the Parkinsons didnt' have one for thier son-in-law. I suppose they don't like him all that much LOL
Severus is so smooth in this chapter, voice and actions. I'm galled that Severus and Luous are behind all these actions.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
There is a whole backstory in my head where Ron got Pansy pregnant, and they had a shotgun (armed wand?) wedding and the Parkinsons don't like him, but they feel stuck. Thanks for the review!
This was very fun. One concrit however - I wonder if their part was made just a little...too...clear this early in the game. They've spelled out what they plan to do and now we are looking for it. *shrug It was enjoyable to read. Sara
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Then again, they may think the office is bugged and have a different plan altogether. Thanks for the review!
Response from sara lady dalian (Reviewer)
That's true. I hope there is some other subterfuge involved. Slytherin twists and turns are fun to read. Have a good week! I'll look forward to the next installment.
Brilliant. Hermione is certainly at her best in this story, and I love the pun in the title.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you very much!
this is very well written, interesting plot. like to see how it develops. well done
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Awww, thanks. This is bad, but I can't wait either. Lol.Be sure to check out chapter two by Blue artemis.
I have a little inkling as whose voice it might be. I'm thrilled. Also I've noticed a little thing about Draco. Isn't he supposed to have grey eyes and not blue ones? Just a thought.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Hmmm, I will have to look into that. Though you are probably right, but I like Draco with blue eyes. Heh.So glad to have thrilled you, too. =o) Thank you.
Oooooh! Corruption and foul play at the Intergalactic Quidditch Cup playoffs! Malfoy makes a perfect sports team owner and Snape is delightful as the not-so-silent partner. At least, I have no doubt we'll be hearing quite a bit from him about Hermione's barely-supported accusations. I can't wait for the next installment!
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Doesn't Lucius, though? Yes, the plot thickens as we speak. I'll be back, it is time to add some corn starch to the mix, make it good and thick. =o)We will see you back here some time tommorrow for that next chapter. Thank you for supporting team Mercury.
“I don’t remember your being overly tedious about rules, Miss Granger, but that aside, I do not recall ever having bought or owned a Snidget in my life.”^ LOL What an amazingly selective memory. I know this is Lucius and not Draco, but Hermione is the most overly tedious person about rules that we all know. Awesome. ^_^Not so sure I see Hermione being all gung-ho about Quidditch of all things (though the Ethics Committee bit would be right up her alley), but looking forward to what I trust is Severus's involvement in future. ;)
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Hmm, good point. But I have a feeling Lucius was referring to a certain Ministry visit. And during OOtP she wasn't all that keen on the rules just then.Thank you very much for reading and reviewing this installment. There is more coming very soon. =o)
Response from phoenix writing (Reviewer)
LOL As you say, there are actually a great many instances of Hermione breaking rules all over the place. Given that Lucius was being arguably more rule-breaking in the DoM instance, it's so very insulting--and very much in character. :D
I liked how well you described the scene. I could really see what was happening in the match. And you've dealt Hermione (and us) a lovely surprise in the way you've introduced Severus.
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Yay! I am so happy you enjoyed this first installment of our story. I think Severus is such a lovely surprise, too. Stay tuned for more. The next chapter will be here soon.We thank you very much for reading and reviewing.
Fun chapter. I never realized how much I wanted to see Percy in a harrowing experience. I wish Lucius had better timing though! I look forward to your next chapter. Thanks, JoAnne
Response from Mercury (Author of Quicksilver)
Thank you! Lady Karelia has the quill now, so expect yumminess!
