Yes, she knows something's up, just not exactly what it is.  I'm sure she's ready to give him a lecture on being seen while using a Time-Turner.  We'll see what Snape does and what her reaction is to his explanation. 

I'll quell your curiosity.  She just figured out he's using one because of the episode in the corridor.  She has no idea why.  Heh, heh.  We'll see if Snape decides to clue her in or not.
