What a busy chapter!  I cracked up when Hermione caught Severus with a wicked right hook.  They were both surprised by it.  LOL!The Jotun are very interesting magical beings, every one different from the other, but wielding fierce powers.  I'm glad they are on the same side as Severus and Hermione.  I was sad that Neville was using an Unforgivable Curse on Bellatrix, though she deserved it and more... just sad that Neville has been pushed so far, but better that than allow the Death Eater to get the upper hand.Now I want to know what has happened below the floor to cause such a noise and the tale tell green energy to rise.  They were left in darkness... does that mean that they found themselves in total darkness, or does that mean that they were knocked unconscious?What an evil author you are to leave us with this evil cliffie!!!  But it is a good way to keep me coming back for more.  Wonderful update, and thank you.Beth

Such lovely lovin'!  Severus and Hermione are so good together, and I'm so glad they have consumated their marriage.  I enjoyed "meeting" more of Severus' relatives, but it was sad that Yuri was made a widower by the Dark Lord.  I am trying to put the family realationships in their proper context, but I'm just guessing:• Yuri is Severus' cousin.• Yuri resembles Pieter, so are they brothers?• Yuri's wife was killed by Voldemort.• Svetlana is Yuri's daughter.• Yuri's mother blames Severus for her daughter-in-law's death.• Soooo... is Yuri's mother Anastasia's sister?  Or Jacob's sister?  • Or have I got it all wrong?  Just wondering... thought it might matter later.It's really nice that Sloozhanka is interested in meeting Dobby.  Do I sense a house-elf romance in the making?  I think Dobby would love to have a wand, and he would be a great aly for Hermione and Severus while they are in Russia... and sussing out information on the Dark Lord.Sophia's daughter, Alexandra, is Dumbledore's daughter... but Albus doesn't know... that will come as a great surprise to the Wizard.  But Sophia's daughter, Kari, doesn't know who her father is... but I wonder if Sophia really knows but isn't telling anyone... because she was assaulted.  I can't help but wonder if the wizard who assaulted her was the Dark Lord....  My, I have a very vivid imagination today!The little Snow Dragon is a wonderful creature!  So small and covered in white downy feathers!  I wonder if there is anything significant that the parasite attached itself to him "somewhere near Stockholm?"  This chapter has been filled with information, and it has my mind working overtime to put all the pieces together.  I noticed in your reply to FlitterKat's comments that you said Hermione is not an Amazon, "but she sure isn't what she seems to be!"  The plot thickens!!!What a great chapter!  Well done!Beth

Oh, they're so cute together!  Very interesting about Dumbly.  I wonder what those Amazons are up to?  And the bloodline tracing made sense.  Definitely not a good thing in this case.
