Am I right in thinking that Severus's Dark Mark began burning while in the water?  I wasn't quite clear.Nobody knows where Dumbledore is!  I hope he and Alexandra do their catching up quickly.

Okay...wow there was alot to take in during that chapter. Dumbledore has a daughter....1The other daughter doesn't know her father.....HMMMM Voldemort?And Severus and Hermione like each other. Another great chapter.....

Interesting bit with the Amazons, especially after Hermione left.And it's about time things between Severus and Hermione got lemony!  Forget Dumbledore!

"Ah, sod Dumbledore," was my first thought when I finished reading this really lovely love-scene. But it could be nice having a not benighly twinkling headmaster for once :-)Is the path to under the sea maybe the Hogwarts lake? The ship from Durmstrang must have arrived from somewhere...It does not fit to Atlantis though...Can't wait for more, I'm so very curious where you'll be taking this!!

Oh, who cares about Dumbledore.  They're married for goodness sake, as Hermione reminded Severus.  That was really lovely, from the date to a drunk Severus (so adorable) to what it all led to.  No regrets in the morning!   And that's an order.

"Dumbledore was going to kill him."  LOL!  This line is priceless.When they returned to the estate, their conversation and their private thoughts were so much fun.  I was thrilled when Severus kissed her, and from that point on things just got lemonier and lemonier!  This is what I had been hoping for!!!It looks like Hermione may be desended from Amazons.  I can think of no other reason why they would have chosen her to be the one to work with.  This makes for interesting things to come.  Perhaps that  is where she gets her warrior spirit.  If she is an Amazon, will that cause problems for her marriage to Severus?So many questions, so many!I can see that there is still bad blood between the Brotherhood and the Amazons, and Sophia is a very shrewed witch... she is someone to be reckoned with.Excellent chapter. teshara!  Beth

I love all the details of Pieter and Anna and their children.  It gives further insight into Severus' childhood.  Pieter is very funny and between him and Anna, I'm sure that Severus will get plenty of encouragement to start his own family with Hermione.I wonder what Severus will discover in the papers that Albus found, and how Hermione's meeting with the Amazons will enlighten and inspire her.... I'll bet she learns a thing or two about "taking control" of her circumstances.This is a marvelous tale, and I'm so happy you decided to complete it (even if it did mean some rewriting).  Thank you!!!Beth

i dont mean to sound intrusive, but has this story been posted complete on another archive? Im almost certain ive read it before. I can even remember the plotline, which is an acheivement for me! Its annoying me a little as i cant remember where!

Great chapter! The background story you weave for Severus is getting more and more interesting and is extremely well done IMHO.
