I am a grateful fan of Ms. Rowling and of her overwhelming Byronic Character, Severus Snape! Please check out the first chapters of each fic (except for "How Can I Tell You," which is on Chapter 2) to see pictures of the Heroines.

I dont know how many ways I can say how great this story is, each chapter is so well writen that they make the whole story flow into one superb story. Your lemons are devine, your characters are real, and the way you put it altogether is without dought outstanding. I so look forward to each chapter, it makes my day. if I where a seer i would predict many awards for this story in the not to distant futher.

Oh, to win any award would just make my year! I work hard at trying to make my stories real and the characters beleiveable and also the plot enjoyable to read. I have never recieved such a reception on a story I've written as I have with this one. I can't believe we are almost done, just 3 or four more chapters! I feel for Hermione, how embarrassing to have the portraits witness their love making.However, I did have to laugh and I loved how the punishments were dealt out. I loved Hermione's vengeance the most.

What a marvellous update! I love the lemons of course, most of all because you now have made them equal in their relationship with a Hermione who knows how to handle her husband, most of the time:-)) She knows him well enough to let him win every now and then:-))

Well that is definitely one way to get his attention! I hope things will settle out for them some soon. And good riddens to Rita, but you could have at least used a fly swatter if you did not want bug spray!

To be honest, I had mixed feelings about this chapter. I was THRILLED when Domask, Emilie, and those nasty students all got theirs, but I have mixed feelings about the whole Professor Holden situation. Yes, she was violated in the worst sort of way...I'm totally not disputing the fact that Hermione should be sensitive towards her because of that. But Holden also gave Skeeter alot of fuel for the fire on her own, being alone with Severus and crying over her relationship woes (that is not in his job description as Headmaster) I still think that Hermione has the right to be completely pissed at Holden and be glad that she is leaving at the end of the year.That's only my opinion. But, I must say that I am still very much enjoying this story. Naturally there are going to be instances where not everyone loves every chapter, but that is what makes the story believable and interesting to me. Thanks for update & I'm looking forward to the next chapter. (Why does the queue take so darn long?)

I also think that although Hermione does feel for her, the fact that Hermione still doesn't want or tried to talk her into staying showed that she still realizes Holden has boundary issues. I guess I am not going to be your favorite reviewer. I really found the plot at the beginning where everyone but Severus and Hermione die an interesting twist. I was looking forward to a longer discovery period of their relationship. You handled the first couple chapters very well and you are a fine writer. I guess my criticism is that it became two different stories. You never really returned to the massive loss of life. Of course it would have been depressing to dwell upon the losses but it would have made an interesting guiding force for all they did. The second story was, I felt a little indulgent. I don't mind the sex but it just became the story. I cannot see Hermione as being a frightend virgin, tentative perhaps but I think anyone who had gone through what she had would not have given it a second thought. They act as though they had been through a minor trauma. I think if Severus and the ministry had really cared they would have gotten her parents from Austrailia immediately. Please continue writing, I believe you are still a fine writer and these are just my thoughts for what they are worth. I look forward to future stories.

The issue of Hermione's sexuality has been a big topic for discussion. Some have said that its understandable because she's grieving and lost her best friends, all the pressures to reopen Hogwarts. Then others have said they found Hermione to be OOC. The insecurirty she shows was not like the Hermione of canon.Yes, I thought there needed to be a balance of pain over losing loved ones and also the struggle to usher in a "new era" of Hogwarts-a new day. For an 18/19 year old girl that's a lot of pressure. Then slap on a marriage-wow!I do think that just because a person is proficent in some areas that they would automatically be fine in all areas. Also, if she and Severus had been able to court normally and approach a realtioinship like a normal one, perhaps she wouldn't have been so gun-shy. Also this is her former teacher, kind of weird.Utimately it is a coming of age story, mostly for Hermione, but also in a way for Severus. They have to work on hiring teachers, making thier marriage work, figure out the sex thing, deal with outside influences, then there was this whole Death Eater thing going on, they have had a lot on their plate. So I decided to postpone the trip to Australia. I hope when the story is all finished and everyone had read the last line that it will have all come together for them.I do appreciate your thoughts, your criticism and opinions were well rounded and I can accept perhaps this wasn't your 'cup of tea.' I do have three stories I'm working on and will be posting right after Bookends is done.Thanks for reviewing!

I have just got back from vacation, which was lovely and found not 1 but 2 chapters did a happy dance. Both of the chapters where outstanding in there own way, first finding out about the dark evil trying to reestablish it self and then the house cleaning. well done. Looking to the next capter uodate soon.

The expression 'No good deed goes unpunished' is a favorite of mine so I was pleased to see it used. I feel sorry for the young teacher. I say she is emotionally devastated and she has every right to be. Maybe she will change her mind and stay at Hogwarts but at least she won't leave Severus and Hermione in the lurch.

No, she doesn't trust Hogwarts anymore and she will leave. It will only remind her of what happened and she is too career oriented to stay in a place that is now in so much trouble. She wants to go for bigger and better things. She only came to Hogwarts in the first place to help, but also to beef up her resume. She wants to be at the top of her field, so it makes sense for her to move on at the end of the school year.Thanks,
