I loved this story! I didn't review earlier because I was too busy reading. I loved Stephen and would love to read an epilogue with him in it, if you decide to write one. (He reminds me of my former house-mate's boyf! lol! He was a nutter!) I enjoyed Sev's internal conflict as he was coming to terms with using his heart for something other than pumping blood and I like the strong, devious woman Hermione has become in your story. Kudos 2 u. Nice one.

I loved the touch where you had him tell her first that he loved her. I also liked that she bid on him in the shadows and he was not sure who the mystery woman was - good suspense. The way she told him with the letter how she felt was good. It was funny that Ron did not receive a bid from the ladies (besides Mom) - The kiss in front of them all was a great touch as it announced that they were proud that everyone then would know they were together - Great story.

I loved how she told Severus just to be himself in front of her parents - acceptance and caring without offically saying the love word. This time he did not jump to conclusions when she was not at breakfast - he rationalized that she had a hangover probably instead of his nature telling him she did not want him anymore and was avoiding them. I loved the way you created the character of Mr. Granger - he was fun.

Good chapter - with them admitting he was trying to work a way to spend time with her and that had liked him before he made his move - it showed them both that they were on equal footing so to speak in their interest for each other. From him being reasured that no matter what her parents thought, he still had her to them have heavy petting and taking time to get to know each other - good way of building a solid background for a future for them.

Well Severus almost screwed up early in this chapter - he presumes too much but this is so like him. I loved though you worked through and clearly got them to see that they were jumping to conclusions and each one now will think before they react.. good scene by the way. The whole falling asleep thing was a nice touch - a slow slide into love.

I loved this chapter - all of Severus's plotting to spend some time with her - it was very creative on his part (the writer's - smiles). The kissing scene was off the charts sensual in nature and it ranked one of the best I have seen written for no further than the characters went in their exploration of each other - good job.

Good first chapter - he should not have snapped at her. Now he is the one doing the dance while she silently leads him to it - so to speak.

Excellent story, lots of fun, although I feel so sorry for poor Ron, (and only Second string?  You have left him with nothing!)   Thank you for sharing your tale.

First of all, I have to mention that that was a stunning 'love scene.' Bravo!The other thing I wanted to mention was that I am enjoying watching Severus learn about having a relationship and seeing his occasional bouts of uncertainty. That's exactly how I would imagine someone to feel when not very 'schooled' in having a relationship. :)

A large meal and a leisurely snog would make me drowsy too. It shows how comfortable they are getting with one another to be able to fall asleep like that.

*whew* That was such an intense chapter that I was actually disappointed when my husband came home and I hadn't finished it yet. You know, I have to say that a lot of Hermione's self-control tactics remind me of a book that came out a while back titled 'The Rules'. *snicker*

*lol* An excellent beginning! Torturing Severus Snape is one of my favorite pasttimes as well. I can definitely see how there was no way this was going to be a one-shot. It looks like it was incredibly fun to write.
