Neville is a compelex character, he is very brave, but also very shy, he has suffered so much in his young life. I have often wondered if he had been exposed to a memory charm of some sort, given the fact of his parents torture, was he there? was it the death eaters that cast the spell, or his gran, to protect him from the memory of such horror. I hope you will be kind to Neville, and Severus & hermione as well.

Dum de dum dum dummmm.  He smirked as he watched his wife leave the room...  He knew damn well she wouldn’t be spending the weekend alone.  Poor Severus.  He is very good at keeping his own counsel, isn't he?Hermione's conversations with Minerva and later with Padma and Dean seems to have helped her sort out her thoughts on whom she would want to marry.  But I did roar with laughter when Michael Corner found her reading Magical Masturbation for Lonely Witches: Ten Hot Tips for You and Your Wand.  How embarrassing!I can't wait until Hermione's and Snape's next meeting.  Theo Nott is his step-son.  There are loads of surprises along the way to marriage, eh?BTW, I adore Ogden Nash.Beth

WOW!  I'd completely forgotten about the Severus/Lily scene in the playground.  What Lily told him put a smile on my face.  “Of course it’s happening inside your head, Severus, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?”I adore Draco.  I think he has succeeded in stirring up the "ladies and gentlemen" in the common room.  They had better get cracking before the one they want is taken by someone else.  There's nothing like the specter of competition to the get the masses moving.I love this story.  Beth

Sorry I have not reviewed, I kept going on to the next chapter, Yay!   I am really enjoying this story and it has quickly become one of my favorites.  I love the dynamics of it all.  The banter between Severus & Hermione is fun to read. (raised eyebrows)  I love Draco so much in this. Plus it is nice to see other characters you normally wouldn't.  So, what is up with TN and why is Severus so against him?  Then again, who was TN seeing on his trip?

Aw, I remember this chapter well. Always loved the bombshell. Looking forward to more.

The thing I like most about this chapter is the mirroring of the Harry&Dumbledore in the train station scene and your Lily&Severus in the playground. Veyr nice!

I remember reading this chapter the first time. I feel as if I'm reading it again for the first time. My perspective has changed so much. The first time, I could not imagine Hermione and Snape as a couple, now I have a hard time with them being with anyone else.

Sooo, what's wrong with Theo, is he gay, or is there some sort of mental problem { ie , daft as a brush, mad as a bed bug, } alcoholic, drug addict, must be something big.

Awe poor Neville, he deserves so much more.  Good grief Hermione and Severus at it once again.  Oh but I do love how she gives it back to him. :D

Every time I see this story has a new chapter, I am very excited! I have loved every thing so far. I really wish I had all of the story, so I could spend this weekend curled up with coffee and reading this great story! With that being said, I hope more is posted really soon! :) 

I kind of like that for once in a marrige law fic, that Hermione is resigned to her fate.  Not that I think she wouldn't fight it tooth and nail based on her sense of justice and fairness for all, but there is the other side of her, the logical law abiding citizen who just might do what she is supposed to do without storming the Ministry,  And because of that, she is getting all dreamy about Theo.  She is still being realistic, but for once she can't stop thinking about them together.And her moment with Snape.  They fight and argue and bicker, but suddenly at the mention of Hermione marrying Theo, he becomes very serious about this whole business.  Of course she thinks it is because he hates her.  What else would she think?Lovely chapter, as always.

This chapter raises a lot of questions,  why is Hermione willing to stay and marry a stranger, when she could leave the country, why is Draco still unmarried, and why can't Severus control his temper around a certain Griffindor. Inquiring minds need to know, so I had better keep reading. 

WELL THAT WAS WIERD, and snape is married!!!!!!  how did that happen??? and with a stepson!!!!   poor hermione i bet theo is gay too! oh boy thanks for the update.

Poor Hermionie she is more confused and angry then before.  Severus is truly trying to discurage her, I wonder why. Is it personal or about Theo himself or both time wiill tell.

Poor Severus! He really doesn't seem to have come to terms with his own survival...I like this Draco! He really seems to be growing into quite an agreeable young man!
