This is totally amazing. I love how you are weaving your own view of events into the fabric of Death Hallows, and improving it immensely for me, and, I am sure, for all who are enthralled with this story of yours.

ACK!!!!  Very wicked cliffhanger.   I had expected that Harry would loan Draco the Invisibility Cloak; Harry could then stay safe in Snape's office until Draco returned.  But noooooo, Draco goes off without a cloak, and only a drop of Felix Felicis to help him.  Hopefully he is alive but just weak, AND he has the Horcrux with him.

I am glad Severus has Hermione to support him through all this stress.  It was clever of him to spread the disinformation at breakfast, and I hope he communicates it to Draco and Harry and Neville.  Finnigan will get helped by Poppy Pomfrey, I expect.

Bad author with the cliffhanger! Love this story though.  Hermione and Snape's relationship is great and Harry being kind of okay with Snape is really funny as well

now that was a truly evil cliffie... the chapter was amazing though, with Harry's straight acceptance of his fate (I hope you stick to cannon in that though) and Severus' final realization of what real friendship feels like. I can't wait to read what's coming next. Amazing work!

Oh, God, so many emotions in this chapter! I am so touched to see that Severus was able to show his true emotions to Hermione. That was a major turning point between the two of them, and it shows just how much Severus has come to trust Hermione. And amazingly (to him), she didn't get disgusted, she didn't turn away, she stayed. And helped. And perhaps even fell a little bit more in love with him even if she didn't say so.

But Draco worries the shit out of me.

Exciting chapter!  Poor Ron, but best that he went quietly.  They've got a good plan, and it's nice to see Draco where he really wanted to be the whole time.

Well, this is the second time I've read this chapter--had to refresh before reading the one just posted.  I must say that Severus had some GREAT lines in this one--all I got was this stupid tatoo, I would put on the diadem but I'd look ridiculous, etc, etc, etc....loved it!

Oh, poor Ron. Interesting developments here with Hermione and Severus... shut up, Draco, you little shit!

Wow, a lot happening in this chapter.  First off, I hope Harry shows and tells Draco everything that could help him succeed. Draco is doing the mission alone without help from a Ron or Hermione, or invisibility cloak, or Elder Wand.

I had no idea the diadem was draining power from Severus.  So glad Poppy was poking around the diadem!

So, Ron is dead and another Horcrux is gone. Now, we have the snake and Harry to deal with. I'm very interested in how you're going to have Snape deliver that minor, but important detail which Dumbledore has withheld.

His improving ability to comfort her is very telling.  Draco and Harry are pretty cool now too. :)

There is definitely love growing. But we need everyone to stay focused on the end of this war. I never knew the diadem was sucking up Snape's magical power! I had to actually go back and read it twice.

Draco and Harry can both see what Hermione and Severus are so studiously avoiding.  I'm sorry Ron died, but it was a brilliant chapter.

So sad for Ron... sigh. While I never cared much for him, he was very courageous here, and I really feel bad that he had to die in this story. A dead Ron is never fun.
