Age 59, I have been a Severus and Alan Rickman fan for a couple years. I post SS/HG stories.
I went to NY last week to see Seminar (Jan 4, 20012) It was wonderful.
Shades of Severus in his character and his house. I was priviledge to see Alan up close an personal after the play.

It was quick. I did not want it to drag out into several chapters. I don't like leaving them in such terror for long. I didn;t want to leave a cliffy... it takes so long between post to be left hangin with this one.Your very welcome, thank you for the review.
Thank goodness for Tonks that is for sure. I knew that creep was not out of the picture just yet. Wow, Hermione way to go, I would never think of doing such a thing. Hopefully he won't be able to use any of his parts for a very long time.. Disturbing but great chapter. :-)

No we had to see Alan again. He needed delt with. I relaly hated writing that twist but it was part of the story. I wanted Hermione to be strong. She obviously was... she lived through that last battle. She's brave enough to fight. Yes it was disturbing...glad you appreciated the horror of it all.Thank yoou for your review. I plan to put another chpater in the Queue tomorrow night.
Yay for Hermione fighting back! Look forward to her reunion with Severus.. Nice twist- did not see that coming! ...I did get Mr. Rickman's autograph after Seminar and some lovely photos with my iPhone. The play (and his performance in particular) was incredible! Certainly an experience I'll treasure.

wow what a twist and here i thougt they would have a happily ever after after the last chapter that isshould of known our favorite duo cant have things simplehugs and chocolate

I think my favorite part was at the end when they are sneaking around, stealing wine the muggle way. They are fun when they are playful.Now, lets get a move on because they sooner they get back to real life, the sooner they can be together forever.

There seems to be a hold up with the next chapter of my other story. It's been stalled over a week now. I just read this story from the beginning again, it had been over a month :-( since your last update and I really couldn't remember the whole story. I'm actually glad I did since it is so sweet and refreshing. Though I do wish you had posted more than one updated chapter. I got a kick out of Severus getting talked into playing golf and was pleased that her Dad accepted him. I really do love this story and can't wait for another update. :-)

I'm sorry it takes so long to get chapters on. I am trying to post two stories at once. This one and A Ghost of a Chance. Since AGOAC is so close to complettion I've been doing once chapter of this story and two of it. Plus the process of getting each chapter can take over a week once it's in the Queue. I wish it was possible to egt more int he Queue faster as well. But the process is necessary to make them the best they can be.I'm glad you are enjoying it and I hope to send a new chapter to my beta in a day or two. The story is complete at 20 chapters I think. I'm glad you enjoyed the day of golfing.

What a relief that her parents accepted her back into their lives. And Severus too. I especially like the way Mrs. Granger is so understanding of them and their situation, and helps them room together without her father ever knowing. I do think they are well on their way to mending things. Nice chapter.

That was a lovely chapter, so glad that her parents accepted Severus and that it was not something that they would have to fight for and overcome. Ok,so now I'm nervous, who the hell is in her room taking things? I understand her mind is on other things but honestly after two or three things are gone well, isn't it time to really question it? Now that we have had such loving and happy chapters I fear we are in for something tragic. In a way the only thing I can think of is her ex lab partner. He is going to do something to make her pay for what she did to him. If it is, lets hope that he is put in his place to never to be seen or heard from again. Can't wait to read the next update. Thanks so much for sharing.

I am also posting a story Called A Ghost of a chance and I hate to say I try to do two chapters of that one then one of this one. But the story is mostly written, I thought it was finished but something occured to me today I have to go back and check out. Thank you for letting me know that you are almost finished and will continue to update. There is nothing more aggravating than getting vested in a story only to find out that it was ultimately abandoned. Hmm interesting observations huh? Can't wait to find out why you think so. :-)
Awe, this was such a beautiful and touching way to bring these two together. I love how you have each side of the story, I love knowing what the other thinks, I think that is my favorite part of your writing. Having Hermione being a virgin is totally acceptable. Having Severus being a virgin was quite interesting, though considering his love of Lily and then getting the Dark Mark it could be quite possible. I love how she jumped up out of bed immediately after finding out. What a riot that she had read about it and of course he comes out with a woman after my own heart. Can't wait for more.

Thank you, There are times when we see from each of their points of views. Well maybe the virgine this for Severus isn't to ahrd a stretch sine as you say he was so devoted to his love for Lily. For this story is adds an extra bonus. I'm glad you enjoyed that scene not every one does.

Sorry too, I write stories to be fun and no climax is not fun to me. I once read a story where Hermione was with Snape at least twice and it was flat both times and I thought what did I read this for. I was very disappointed.Fan fic is for fantasy time not reality that doesn't have fun endings.It really depends on the skill of your partner and their concern that you get as much out of it all as they did. You can't say that All virgins don't have climaxes. Its different for everyone.
It is going to be dreadfully hard for her to go back now, after seeing a glimpse of what life will be like for them in the future. Maybe time will zip by for them both.I loved the little classroom fantasy, mostly for the fact that it didn't work out quite as expected. A really steamy scene gets my blood pumping as much as the next gal, but it is nice to see a realistic scene because things don't always go as planned in real life. Doesn't mean they didn't have a fantastic time, though ;)I always like it when Minerva is so approving of them as a couple and is pushing for their happiness.

Yes, I think it will. They have gotten quite adicted to being together. LOL I was just trying to imagine it and I could see them collapsing onto the floor in giggles.Oh they did enjoy it very much.I'm glad I decided to go that way too.
