Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
don't worry, they're rechargable ;)thanks for supporting team venus!
He he, bet Hermione's eating her words that she wanted to take things slow. Nice, hot chapter - enjoyed it very much, now for them to just find their pace together... ;)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
i'm so glad you enjoyed the chapter so much! i can't wait to see what kittylefish has planned either ;).thanks for supporting team venus!
An utterly fabulous and hot chapter. Now to get them to do that, together :)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
well it's out of my hands so-to-speak... but i totally agree with you ;)thanks for supporting team venus!
A most unique and unexpected take on Lust, but one that definitely rachets up the level of anticipation for what might happen when our duo finally gets their act together. Figuratively ~and~ literally.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
i'm a sucker for UST, what can i say ;)thanks for supporting team venus!
*Fans self* Hope they can top that in real life! Dum-dums. They should have stuck around each other and done that together! Nicely done ASID.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
i'm glad you enjoyed it deb! and given the amazing talent of our next team member, i'm sure they can top it if she so chooses ;).thanks for supporting team venus!
i love that you did not go with the obvious in this chapter, but allowed them to explore their lust for each other individually before they finally get to explore it together. which i suspect they will at some point. ;)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
thanks for the support! it was a gamble, and one i hoped paid off :)thanks for supporting team venus!
Yay, they're getting some action! It helps a bit if they are in the same location, but I guess this counts as taking it slow. Hope this is just a preview of things to come.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
yeah, it seemed a bit OOC of them to suddenly jump into bed together after Hermione made it very clear that she wanted to take things slow. but i couldn't resist having them *thinking* about it ;).thanks for supporting team venus!
Hey livvy! Great Chapter! Stupid, stupid men, I'm so glad Hermione set them both straight! I can't wait to see how Severus fixes this mess! Much Love ~ Brena
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Yes, jumping to conclusions... naughty, Severus! :)Thanks,Livvy
Ooh, Sevvie, baby, how could you think that smarm-ball Ron could hold a candle to you? It's gonna take something realllllly special to win Hermione back, like first editions of Hogwarts, a History--and the Kama Sutra.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
LOL! I know. How could Severus think Ron could be competition? He's a lightweight. Sev is a man! Thanks!Livvy
Well now! That was quite the chapter! Full of scheming, comparing, fantasizing-all for Hermione to be his lover. He even has a plan: to introduce her to her own inner sensualist and a contingent plan to "get his Slytherin on" in case Weasley wants to plant his freckled flag on Hermione. Hermione is similar to Lily? I didn't really catch how that worked. Hermione is a lovely and accomplished witch? Was that it?But the line of having Hermione be a prize to be won... Severus is really sucking up for a wrathful Hermione. I wonder if Ron can be just conniving enough with his "plan to win Hermione back" that could stoke Snape's wrath?A very sensual and descriptive account of what is lurking in Snape's mind. Good work!!Livvy
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Most likely, the similarities that Severus first noted between Hermione and Lily are almost as superficial as Lily herself, both women being Muggle-born Gryffindors, intelligent, gifted and quite lovely. Personally, I think Hermione is the real deal, the kind of woman Severus wished that Lily could have been.On Severus seeing Hermione as something to win, oh yes, I do think he's practically begging for trouble. And yeah, I most definitely see Ron being the conniving type, especially when it comes to holding onto something or someone he wants. He may not be as experienced a plotter as Severus, but he does have the other Weasleys on his side. And should the Weasleys get the slightest inkling of Severus' intentions regarding Hermione, I imagine things could turn quite nasty. Thanks so much for the compliments and the lovely, detailed review!
Nicely done :) I'm enjoying the story, can't wait to read more! :)*going back to lurker mode*

Glad to hear you're enjoying our work, and thanks so much for taking the time to review!
Well! No longer his caseworker... that opens a lot doors now for them. It is obvious he isn't scared off easily-a sign that he does hold an interest in her. I'm sure his heart is doing back-flips over the knowledge Ron is no longer in the game. And now that she has let the kitty out of the bag concerning her needs in a man-he's set. Who but a man really gone head over heels would clean a woman's flat? Things are looking better!Very nice chapter!Livvy
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Thanks for the review and the pretty stars. The stage has been set: they are both available at this point. The plot thickens: can they coexist peacefully despite themselves? Perhaps you can answer that question. Go Team Venus!
A wonderful chapter. It was nice to see Severus' point of view.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Thanks, KittyP, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
This was a very in depth chapter chock full of medical practices and religious beliefs I knew nothing about. As I searched for more information on Lao Tzu, I realized Severus isn't a true follower. I could find only one instance that could be proof that of his involvement with this belief system: the fact he did not parade his knowledge of how he came to create the Sensuality and Sexuality lines. At the heart of Lao Tzu is the belief one does not show off any talents that may have manifested during a person's work into the three essential tenets of Tao. It is a peaceful belief system. As I will be doing wrath, I find it difficult how I will be able to do it. But, as Snape doesn't seem to follow, he just uses what he can for his own greed and benefit. But then again, perhaps Lao Tzu had a part in his coming to grips with the act of forgiveness.Great chapter!Livvy
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Hello and thank you for the detailed review. You're right of course, he's not a true believer. But I think that as he learns more about the Order, and works his way into the inner sanctum that he will change and mature. Knowledge and widsom come with time and maturity. He's spent so long trying to survive and now get back at the world, that he's not really grown much spiritually. But as you said, he's learned to forgive, which is a good step in the right direction.
Wow! These two can't seem to help themselves. It's like vicious flirting. Rather dangerous when a red hot button is pushed. Clearly, Hermione won that round with her comeback about James and his mad skills with Quidittch. Snape deserved it. He derided her at every turn with his envy. She got him square between the eyes. His retreat was more than enough to signal to Hermione she'd hit a very sore spot. I wish she hadn't felt the need to apologize. I think Snape protests too much about "Ronald" and is actually turned-on by Hermione's ability to dish out what he serves her. Like he thought earlier,
"Granger did possess some little smarts, and a life shackled to that nimrod would be a colossal waste of her talent. Now that was justice for you: Severus existed in a world where a powerful, intelligent wizard such as himself was shunned for lack of attractiveness or inane social graces, but the witless wonder managed to get on with someone of three times his intelligence quotient. Granger had blossomed into a comely witch, and she had decided to favor Weasley with her attentions. The very thought of it left a sour taste in his mouth just on principle."
But of course Snape is after all, a man of principle *rolls eyes*. He thinks she's smart and hot, and does envy that "gormless hair pile"
Good job!
Livvy
LOL - Lavender Crabbe, now that's divine retribution if ever I heard it. Great chapter, would love to see Severus' more filled out figure.
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
I've never cared much for Lavender, so I couldn't resist such a golden opportunity to even the score for Hermione a little. But it seems Mrs. Crabbe can't resist a certain Weasel King...And wouldn't we all like to ogle Severus' new and improved body... even if he doesn't quite see it that way. :D
I had to laugh at his exclamation about his back end. LOL
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
I guess it was Severus' turn to be the butt of the joke.Yeah, I know that was bad, but I couldn't resist! :D
Oh yes, please do help Hermione find her inner sensualist. The possibilities are endless from there!
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
That's what I was aiming for, so glad you liked it!Thanks for reviewing!
I laughed out loud with Serverus's outburt regarding his arse. Very funny!
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
I couldn't resist having a little fun with Severus this chapter, so glad I could give you a laugh! And thanks for taking the time to review, it's mucho appreciated!
Man, I thought you would have had some more "action" in here. Maybe the next chapter...
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
I thought it was important to get Severus to a place where he could take a good look at the possibilities before him and decide if he was ready to go there or not, so that's what I decided to do with my chapter. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the relative lack of action in this chapter, but do hang in there... it's coming!Anyway, thanks for taking the time to review!
Response from Elizabeth (Reviewer)
I wasn't disappointed, I guess I just jumped to conclusions with the sex chocolates. ;)
I like the imagery of his well-rounded bottom :)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
I sure wouldn't mind getting to admire a Severus with a little junk in his trunk, would you? The line to ogle forms here! :DThanks so much for reviewing!
Once you reach middle age, it's best to never look behind you, in any way. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with Severus' bottom that a little passionate exercise wouldn't cure! ;)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Well, maybe Severus is taking his cue from Marilyn Monroe... I understand she claimed her only two forms of exercise were walking and sex. Heckuva lot more fun than fagging oneself to death on a StairMaster, wouldn't you say?
Yay! A plotting, sensualist Severus... *happy sigh*
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Oh yeah, it's high time Severus had the opportunity to indulge himself... seems he might have overdone it though. At least he seems to think so. Personally, I think a plotting Severus is a happy Severus, nice to see those Slytherin instincts are in fine working order. LOLGlad to hear you enjoyed my chapter, and thanks for reviewing!
Mmm. I want some of those chocolates! :)
Response from Venus (Author of Deliver Us)
Oh, me too! I think they would make a most excellent Christmas gift, don't you?
