I am glad that they both decided to go on with their relationship. I thought perhaps they would at least postpone the sex for another time, after they knew each other better. But I guess they figure they know each other well enough from the letters. I wonder who saw them in Hogsmeade together. Will Severus or Hermione receive a letter/visit from someone in the near future? I am quite looking forward to Chapter 9. Smut is always good. :)

Ok. I haven't even finished reading this little chappie yet but I was laughing so much that I just had to let you know... I think this is one of the best stories I've read - and by far one of my favorites. It just really seems like them and I can see this playing out in my mind. 

I'm not a big user of emoticons but here ya go...



Now, I am going to finish the chapter...I left off with Harry watching Snape walk back to Hogwarts.

Oh that was yummy!  And is that...citrus that I smell?  Perhaps....yes, could it be lemons?  And speaking of cliffies being evil, could you leave us hanging a little further?  (Im)patiently awaiting the next chapter....

That was a nice tease, but I think we're ready for some "graphic naughtiness" :)  That was a really great chapter and look forward to see how their relationship progresses and hopefully we'll have a little Snape in the future.

Wonderful transition through the shock, the breaking of tension, uh, and then adding of more "tension."  Just the right touch of angst.  Thanks for the pleasant suprise of a update!

what a tease! you can work out for yourself whether i mean you or hermione. you did a great job with all their nervous insecurity in the beginning, and an equally great job with all that sexual tension. yum! now bring on the smut! i'm ready! one thing: "a self-depreciating laugh" - did you mean "self-deprecating"?

Tsk tsk, an NC-17 rating for Chapter 9? Can I bring myself to read it? Heck yes. Thanks for breaking the tension with an incredibly sweet exchange between the two of them. They were actually more levelheaded about it all than I expected -- at least, until their hormones got the best of them. :)

I would say it is the plot to a well written romance novel, but I do have to admit the way you summarized the story in that chapter did make it sound a bit cheesy. Can't wait for the next update, and there will be no spanking for the little cliffe in the last chapter, only because you seemed a bit eager for it.

Oh, that was lovely! Thanks for not keeping us waiting. I loved the part where he realizes that she wants him for him and not anything he has been able to offer in the past. Thats why we read these fics, because we want him to find this kind of happiness. Oh and I like the naughty parts too (tee, hee ;0)

I'm so glad they got over their initial shock.  Hermione's words about the way Joy felt about Tobias not changing with the addition of Severus' face was beautiful.

So, hey.  First of all, I should tell you that this is one of my new favorite WIPs.  And by "new" I mean, erm, recent.  Or current.  'Cause I've been loving it for a while.

Anyway, brilliant chapter and all.  I had faith that the cliffie wasn't going to create more angst.  This pair deserves a bit of happy.

As a side note, you really need to get Tying Knots caught up on TPP.  And, as an additional side note, the chapter titled, "Sometimes The Things You Most Wish For Are Not To Be Touched," is my favorite in that story for no other reason than that I love Stephen Sondheim and Into the Woods is my favorite musical ever.  I happen to find the Big Bad Wolf quite sexy, even though I shouldn't.

Um, so, yes.

Very nice, even better there is an emotional connection between them before the smut begins.  I'm a bit old fashioned I guess.  I enjoy smut but I like the story behind it more lol.

*rubs hands together* That was genius. Sheer genius. I was worried about how they would take it, but this was perfect. What I love most about this story is how realistic it seems-- this could actually happen. You have stayed very true to their characters. And so sweet! The 'redemption' part had me a bit teary. Brilliant, I love this fic. Now, bring on the smut!
