A really great beginning.  I have favorited this so I'll know when you update.   But I know Chapter 2 is already posted, so I'm off to check on what happens next!

Though I am often very weary of stories with Ron as the villain and never in a million years would I think he'd act in such a heinous way, you have captured my interest, anyway. I look forward to more.

Yay, I'm glad to see that you're picking this story back up again.  Ron's a total jerk for his actions and Harry and Ginny aren't far behind with their lack of actions.

Great start. I agree with you that Ron can easily be a convenient fall guy/villian. You have set the scene beautifully. I think it will gall all Gryffindors concerned that they were so wrong about the boys, and to have Snape in Hermione's corner from the start. The room for snide comments will be quite wide I suspect. The plot device of delayed magic is very plausible too.I like how you have brought Snape in. Slightly OOC in that he seeks her out, but not markedly so, as well, he has his own reasons to benefit from the arrangement.Why did you call one of Hermione and Ron sons Tom? After Tom Riddle I would think it would be low on the list!Looking forward to reading more of this.Cheers.

YOU have really, really made my day!!! I read this chapter several years back and I loved it just as much then as I do now. Ron-bashing is rigth up my alley, and it is so easy to believe that this is just the behaviour Ron would have. I actually thougth about this story a few months back, but I couldn't remember it's name, thus making it difficult to find and to beg the author to finish it:-)) You can bet I will save this among my favourites, to make sure that if an updates takes to long, I can beg and nag....:-))I wan't Hermione to really make Ron pay for his actions, she must remember to demand interest on the money he stole from her (and theft it was), he should pay deerly for abondining his children, even as squibs they were his sons and he couldn't care less for them. To play "daddy dearest" now should be way to late, especially since it won't be because he regrets his actions, but because he suddenly can find his children worthy of his attention. No "parent" (and I use that word ligthly in regards to Ron) should get away with such behaviour!!!! Neither should Hermine forgive Harry and Ginny any time soon! They abonded Hermione and the children just as much as Ron did, and especially Harry should be so ashamed of him self for betraying a friend like Hermione and, with regards to how he himself grew up with only Dudleys ruined toys and seccond hand clothes, never did anything to make sure that Hermione and her children could get by. Not even he could be so dumbwitted that he wouldn't realise how hard it would be for her to get by in a world where she had no papers, education or relatives to help her. I have never liked Ginny anyway, so feel free to bash her too.... And, let the boys be Grangers!!! Idiots like Ron don't deserve to have their name carried on by smart boys like Hermiones when they obviously would have had to inherrited every unce of braincapasity from their mother, their father have never had enough to share with anyone....:-))

And last, I am going to have to sit on my hands while I wait for the next chapter to avoid starting the begging to soon:-))

I'm not a big Ron/Hermione fan, but I'm not a big Ron basher.  However, this premise is so good and exciting to me that I can't wait for more chapters!  Bravo.

She needs to get a lawyer and get Ron back for what he did to her.  And Minerva and Remus should be shot. 

I remember reading this a few years ago. I think that the idea that children of muggle-born parents might manifest magic later in life than others to be an interesting concept. Did you ever get beyond the third chapter iwith this story? I ask because I really would like to read the complete story.

Sue Ron for every freaking penny, Hermione! Squeeze him like a chew toy! LOL. I can't wait to see Ron's face when he finds out his sons aren't Squibs after all. And seriously, what kind of hypocrite is he to be all anti-Squib when he's supposed to be on the side of Good and Magical Equality and such. Idiot. I'm not a huge Ron fan, so YAY for him being a complete ass in this story. haha. Looking forward to more!
