Some elves get hooked on watching reruns of the great detectives, an investigation into the dodgy breeding of pedigree Crups leads Hermione and Severus into Lucius Malfoy's bed via the bath, Severus goes back to Hogwarts to retrieve his wand, Delilah Derwent, bastion of pure-blood aristocracy, arrives with her Knickers under one arm to play hanky-panky with Malfoy's Magic Wand, a Crup goes bad and some left-over Death Eaters get their comeuppance. Oh, and of course, Severus gets his just desserts.

Snape's Original Miscellany

When Severus Snape retired from Hogwarts, after teaching Potions for ninety-two years, he expected to live in a house he had inherited from an old uncle. However, retirement being just another orbit around planet shite for our Severus, what he actually inherited was large gambling debt and a shack which had been re-mortgaged so many times to the Goblins that Severus had to go into hiding for some years. It is unclear just how Snape spent that time, but he recently resurfaced in a retirement home for bewildered wizards in Scotland, accompanied by a large black dog. His successor in the post of Potions Master found his diaries in some papers hidden beneath a hairbrush which didn't appear to have been moved for some decades. He read them and quit his post a week later. The position remains vacant.

Cross about having his plans for the day disrupted for a meeting that’s not taking place, Snape resents having to spend the afternoon with McGonagall. She doesn’t seem very pleased, either, but is content to relax and wait. Snape isn’t so patient, and soon manages to annoy his companion. Written for the LJ community HP Friendship Fic Fest 2013. Atrya was the youngest daughter of Emperor Nun-Chi of the city of Eridu, and her people dwelled in the waters of Pleione. The ocean was abundant with life and treasures, but the air above prevents them from conquering the world and claiming it for their own.
Theirs was a forbidden love that could never be, for one worshipped the skies, while the other swam the seas. However, they found love and shared it in secret. But secrets always have their way of coming out, and with that revelation an ancient hatred between their people would bring them all to war and complete annihilation.

There was only one way for their love to continue and survive, but it was perilous. Many have tried it and perished. Dailus and Atrya will test the boundaries of their love, and their world, and find escape with THE GARNET STAR.
