Reviews for Travel, Conspiracy, and Men
Oh, that was quite interesting. I can't wait to see what is next.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thank you! Won't be long.

Taliesin West is beautiful, but I'm sort of partial to Taliesin Wisconsin. *shrug* Can't help it; totally biased. Sometimes I miss Wisconsin, if only for the green scenery and the beer.... Which would mean I only miss Wisconsin in the warmer seasons. Although... in the colder seasons, there's still the beer!Excellent, excellent, my dear. Oh, let's see. This little quote: "I’d rather not share you. For now." I hope that is foretelling of future chapters?
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
I have the distinct disadvantage of never having visited Taliesin WI. I did fall in love with Taliesin West, though, the first time I saw it. And I'm partial to FLW; he was one of the most awesome architects. I feel very jealous of not living in Wisconsin during summer. And I wasn't even aware they brew decent beer! I'd live there just for the artisan cheeses.Aw, thank you! You bet it is foretelling! Lucius always demands the best of all possibilities, doesn't he? ;)

Yikes! I almost forgot to review! I just clicked Next 'cause I needed to read more.Very hot Malfoy sex... That's definitely straight out of my fantasites-that-still-need-to-be-realized folder.Oh, yes, and the rest of the story is good too. Am looking forward to how you're going to figure in the rest. But, of course, you have to forgive me for forgetting all about plot points once you introduce Lucius and his tongue.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
You really think so? Wow! I'm squeeing here because I got a review from you! Well, more than one, *lol*.I agree with you. Who needs plot if Lucius and his tongue come into the game... Ta muchly!

This story is quickly becoming a favourite.
I like the subplot about the government turning slowly totalitarian. Oh, and I wonder if Hermione isn't going to discover a new side of herself...
Looking very much forward to more.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Aw, you absolutely made my day with your review, thank you!*strokes the shiny, glittery stars fondly*More is on the way.
Lovely chapter! I like the relationship between Lucius and Hermione. Maybe it'll turn into a threesome??? *wibbles*
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thank you very much! Threesome? What makes you think that? Did you read the character listing? LOL
Oh no! And I was just getting into the story. I do so hate WIPs. Oh well. But it's wonderful so far! I was wondering about the characters and the HG/LM thing going on, but I'm enjoying it thus far. More, please!
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
I'm sorry! I can assure you I'm writing as fast as I can, and my beta is very good returning every chapter promptly. So, there should be no more than a few days between updates. Next chapter should be validated by tomorrow. Thanks for reviewing!
Oh, bad boy Lucius, instigating a three-some? Too bad Hermione missed the implications! I wonder what Severus is going to say when she shows up with Lucius? I loved the Apparation tract and that all Portkeys are now regulated. Seems so much like ‘where’s your papers’ from WWII! Or trying to fly now after 9-11! I hope they find out the cause of the ‘new regulations/laws soon!
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Dang, here I was, thinking he's turned into one of the good guys... *grins*
I like this chapter. When does Severus get involved? Look forward to updates. Keep them coming.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thanks. Soon. Very soon. :)
Hermione may find her voyeuristic side after all...I can't wait for Severus to join them. I wonder how he will react to the Pheonix heat?
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
She may *grin*Thank you for reviewing!
I'm starting to detect some rodent odour in the Ministry. I'm looking forward to seeing who's behind all the new laws.I'm also looking forward to Severus joining the party!
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
You might be right...Severus will appear in the next chapter and then only disappear for very short times. Thanks for reviewing!
Sure, she wouldn't want to watch Lucius and Severus, but maybe she may want to join in...?
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
*giggles*Thank you for reviewing! :)
The Ministry has taken actions. It can't be good. Hope our brilliant three could do something before it's too late.Just a little question: what diefference is there between antivenin and anti-venom?
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
I think Ministries' actions aren't ever good for the people. ;)One is a medication to counteract the poison, the other is the poison of a different snake that will counteract the effects of the biting snake's poison. But I'll be darned to know which one is which! ->too lazy/tired to look it up
Response from snitchette (Reviewer)
Thnaks for the information
And the last sentence says it all.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
*grins* Thank you!
*happy satisfied smile* I do love the all grown up Know-It-All, especially since she knows she doesn't but does know how to find out.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thank you!
Glad to hear more about the politics involved, as well as Hermione's personal life and Snape's backstory. A nice mix. Snape will be a good person to have on her side when she has to fight, be it with wands or in the courts of law and public opinion.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
*wide grin* No lack of humour this time? LOLThanks for your lovely words. They'll be fighting together, and in a wholly unexpected, and most pleasurable way. *grin*
You are making a lovely oppressive government. Baby steps are the way to go to slip into it! I'm glad Hermione is not jealous of Severus.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
I wouldn't call it lovely, lol. But yes, baby steps are very effective, aren't they? If you blink once, you've missed a whole lot. Thanks for your review!
That was a nice complicated chapter.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thank you!
Molly, ever ready to blame Hermione for whatever is wrong in the relationship between her and Ron. Lucius, rubbed Hermione's nose in his intensely sexual relationship with Severus. She apparently is willing to share, I guess share or she doesn't have a relationship with Lucius anymore. However, I thought Lucius's comment was cruel. I think I would have ended it over a comment like that. Yes, he's arrogant, yes, he's pompus. However, clearly Hermione does not mean very much to him if he would say something as thoughtless as that when supposedly, he is trying to determine if she is willing to accept he wants both partners. I guess she is not looking for a serious relationship so why not have a handsome lover? Beyond that, his heart is elsewhere.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
You know... come to think of it, I don't think he meant to point out his sexual relationship with Severus so blatantly. It's more like he's very open about his own life with Hermione because he truly likes her and has come to care for her, so he does not want to keep any secrets from her.Hermione has hardened. She spent years in a marriage that wasn't entirely happy. And she is happy with Lucius for now. So why would she want to break up with him? He is definitely a better deal than Ron, seeing how open he is with her.I think, and certainly hope, that you might change your mind about it all. :)Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts! It is reviews like yours that make me sit down and think again/rethink the details of the plot, and I really appreciate that! I wish I could give you the maximum number of stars as well, but alas, I guess this will have to do: *****
It sounds like it's time for Hermione to give up her squick against voyeurism. That's the only way to join in the action. Ha ha!! ;-9
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
*grin*
I enjoyed this chapter and I am looking forward to reading more.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
I'm so glad you're still enjoying it! Next chapter should be up soon; it's with my beta right now.
Go Hermione! Great chapter!
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thanks!
I'm happy that Snape's alive, and I hope to see more action being done about these ridiculous laws!
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
There will be... action. Although the action might not be what one expects.Thank you for reviewing!
Dear Mystery Author:Severus is alive! How "cool" if that is not a 70's turn of phrase I am a monkey's uncle. Hmm Lucius assured Hermione there would not be another woman involved...does this mean a possible three-some. Hermione sure is a lucky lady. I am glad Harry set Molly straight, but I would have loved to have seen Hermione go ballistic on her and tell her just what she thinks about her two timing offspring!Well doneIrish
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
LOL I doubt I could write Severus dead.Do you really want the answer to your three-some question? LOL Look at the listing of characters.I did ponder Hermione confronting Molly, but in the end I decided against it because it would take me away from Hermione/Lucius action. Hermione's Weasley chapter has truly ended.
I like your political subplot and look forward to seeing what happens when Hermione finally meets Snape.
Response from karelia (Author of Travel, Conspiracy, and Men)
Thank you! She will meet him soon. :)
