It would be poetic justice if Ron did walk in, but probably a bit off-putting for Hermione and Severus. Maybe he's Petrificus-ed in the next room and has to listen to them instead?

I would prefer if he was willing stuck listening... like he hid in a closet to avoid talking to Hermione and instead had to listen to her and Snape go at it. That would be much more poetic!

A delightful romp! No sarcasm intended. I've been waiting for a story to which those words would apply and this is definitely it. Great job, though now I'm interested in what Hermione's fantasy might be.

Romp is a lovely word, I'm quite fond of it and very happy to accept it as a compliment. There seems to be quite a bit of interest in Hermione's fantasy; I'll have to give it some thought.

Hermione and Severus are delightfully mature, sneaky and prudent, and that makes the contrast with Ron even more enjoyable. I can quite imagine Ron's expression when seeing Hermione's "date dress"!
And you managed to make the spanking enticing - that's often a turn-off for me, but here it seems to be more pleasure than pain.

Not in control at all! Which is why they needed fake students to play out the fantasy.I'm not big on BDSM in general, and spanking in particular usually comes across as too infantilizing to the spankee for me to find it erotic. Any BDSM I write will always be much more playful and include a great deal more pleasure than pain.I've been pleasantly surprised by how many people have asked for more. It's really up to the muse, but she does respond well to this sort of flattery, so it's not impossible.
"Approximately 28 hours.”That tickled even more than the Molly bit, which had me rolling. This was a fun read.

Canon Hermione has many good qualities, but being overly nice isn't one of them! Girl has a delicious nasty streak. It's one of the things I love about her character.So glad you enjoyed it.

YUM YUM YUMMY!!! This was fantastic. I have told you I love you, right? I especially liked how you managed the whole student/teacher scenario without being inappropriate. I know this was meant to be a one-shot, but I feel there is more to the story. And not just because I am a greedy bint either... I'd love to see another chapter, but it's lovely as it is, of course. Did I mention I adore how cerebral this is? Yum YUM and I say again, YUM.

Cerebral? This was my attempt at a PWP. *shakes head sadly* Even my smut is swotty.Though I'm very happy with "Yummy" and I do love you too.The teacher/student thing is a huge squick for me. I resisted the muse when she tried to convince me I could write it in an appropriate way, but she's a stubborn wench, my muse.

There was a moment of Ron's horror when he saw her leave for her date. Feel free to imagine him sitting up all night haunted by lurid imagining of ... well, of pretty much exactly what they're doing. I suspect it will be quite a while before he can even look at Hermione again.

Thank you for that very kind review! *huggles the word 'glorious'*The whole teacher/student thing generally squicks me, so I was trying to find a way to play out that scenario that wasn't abusive or inappropriate. I prefer my characters to be consenting adults and respect is very important to me in relationships. I'm very glad it worked for you despite the limitations I put on it.

naughty, naughty. i liked this a lot. i see in one of your review responses that you aren't big on the detention fantasy, and neither am i. i liked that snape shared my reservations about carrying on like that with a student, but since she was a grownup nonstudent at this point, it went down much better. yeah, ron's reaction was priceless, and really makes a sequel unnecessary, though i'm sure it would be loads of fun.

The only way I could make the detention thing work for me was for it to be a fantasy, and for him to have stopped teaching. Any implication of an actual teacher fantasizing that way about students, even fake ones, just squicks me to badly.It's nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks it can stand alone! I figure Ron spent the entire night in horrified imagining of what was happening, and that he got it pretty much right. He'll never see Hermione the same way again, and she'll never give him another chance. Thanks for the review.
