This PG13 fic is a breath of fresh air; I've just been through too many NC17s, some of which ignore the characters' personalities completely. Er, moving on... I like how they remained IC despite the whole spy business. And the ending is perfect. Snape didn't say "I love you" to the letter, but it did sound "just about right". And it's really more of a beginning; it's not irritating and/or hasty but quietly hopeful. Congrats on the nom!

I loved the dialog between Severus and Hermione, especially at the beginning of the chapter.  It made me laugh!  Congrats on your SSHG Awards Nom.

Wow! I have been addicted to this story from first to last, and I'm very glad to say it kept on getting better! The way you handled Severus's feelings for Lily was very well done, and I particularly loved the hopeful note you ended with. The plot was fantastic, well-thought out and clever. I hope to read more SS/HG stories from you in the future!

hermione stupefied harry! oopsie. very exciting chapter. i'm glad it didn't take too long for her to find out severus was still alive - that was painful when she thought him dead.

Thanks for this exciting chapter.  It really IS like a movie, as other have already said.  I am enjoying it very much.  It's quite different from anything else I've read.

Wow, what a fascinating story!  I enjoyed the twists and turns you weaved into this plot!  Kept me riveted all throughout.

Severus has to notice that Hermione's instinct was to go to him and make sure he was okay, rather than run for Ginny. That has to speak volumes for him.

So what will he do to them?  And how will everyone deal with Severus being her lover?

Whew!  That was nerve racking.  Yeah, this could be a movie with spies, action, romance...  I think Severus would be a wonderful James Bond!  Now we are ready for the romance of our favorite couple. 

That was like a scene from a James Bond movie.
