The human mind is an incomprehensible machine… Years later, the ripple effects of the Memory Charm Hermione had placed on her mother, Ruth, coupled with her father’s death, cause unforeseen complications. Guilt hangs over Hermione like a cloud until, miraculously, an American wizarding and Muggle medical cooperative agrees to take Ruth’s case in the first phase of an experimental treatment, one that melds Muggle medical knowledge with Wizarding procedures.

Geek girl extrodinare!
I write fan fiction all over the place, a lot of it is archived over at Sycophant Hex, since (as lovely as the Petualnt Poetess is, there's no crossovers allowed) I've been a huge crossover kick lately.
I have no one true pair in Harry Potter. I write Hermione and Snape the majority of the time, but I'm open to anything.
I've loads more fandoms than Harry Potter - far too many to name, so let's just say I'm well rounded, eh? Due to how long it takes me to write, I'm trying not to post things anymore unless they are finished. This includes my current works in progress. Never fear, I've not abandoned a thing, just won't be posting until they're done.
You can always check out my livejournal for the whole geeky scoop on me.

Very well done! Could picture this happening. And hot, very, very hot!
That was excellently written erotica! Definitely a 10 out of 10. Your Hermione is one very lucky woman, even with her mom's problems. We all have something in life that's painful, but I'd say her new lover balances the scales quite well. And hopefully she does the same for "Severus!". (Did I just yell that? )I love your solution to what happened to Snape. He deserves to be happy and well loved both in his new occupation and as a lover. On one hand I think Arthur should tell Ron and Harry that Hermione married Snape, yet on the other hand I worry about Snape's privacy. But I guess they will eventually have to find out, if Hermione choses to stay friends with them. If I had to choose, I would choose Snape every single time! Maybe they should just come for a visit to finally meet Hermione's husband and see the beautiful little Snapes they've made. They can't be arses in front of the children.I'm off to see what else you may have written.

This was a beautiful story and I enjoyed reading it. It made me feel happy to see "Dr. Shaw" so happy in his new life. I'm looking forward to reading more of your work.

This is exactly how I see Severus and Hermione in my fantasies. I cannot tell you how much I loved reading this story. The background and plot was developed nicely, and their relationship developing felt natural. It left me content and happy at the end. Thank you!

Thank you! You have no idea how much this review means to me, cause I fan girl you and Southern, so it's always nice to hear that y'all have enjoyed what I've written.
lovely story!
I really like how you set this one up. A very believable set of circumstances, with the right touch of morose sadness in dealing with Alzheimer's symptoms. Well done.

Thank you.
Really wonderfully done! An interesting and original set-up, a very moving story, a nice mix of Muggle and magical circumstances, and a wonderful reveal of the new Sebastian Shaw . . . in all his glory. We should all have such, um, healers in our lives!
